   I love coming here! The car park is right across, the salon is beautiful the staff are friendly and welcoming. Emily is a gem and I absolutely love my haircut.

   Even though from the outside it looks humble, inside it opens to a labyrinth of discovery. Gorgeously decorated rooms, halls and corridors opened as I travelled through the salon. I was greeted with stylish, welcoming, professional and happy staff. I was offered delicious artisan tea. Even the restrooms upstairs are tastefully decorated. I have very thick and long hair and know there is no chance I will get out in 3 hours, so in the end, it was 4.5 hours. My hair stylist was Emma, and she patiently worked with me through. And to get me out in time, train joint in to blow dry. I was there for full head highlights, toner, treatment, cut and sleek blow dry, and it all came to £280, same or less than half head highlights and toner at my previous place. Also, because I had to leave and Emma didn't have time to go over the cut on dry hair, she suggested that I drop by when I have time, and she will do it.

   Can’t thank Sharie at Leo Bancroft enough! She has completely transformed my hair and exceeded my expectations. Not only this but the whole team are so welcoming and the Christmas Prosecco trolly was an added bonus! I will always be coming here from now after having many of disappointed outcomes from previous salons. Very happy with my service today!!

   Originally I took this post down but every day I look at my messed up hair and wish it to grow really fast. I was pleased with my highlights but the cut was not good at all. I went back for a correction but now it's even worse!! The Salon owners are lovely and gave me a refund for the cut. I'm not mentioning names so not to embarrass. Sadly I think more training is needed and I had bad luck but I do think it needed to be said. I won't be returning to the Salon and I'm quite anxious about getting my hair cut in the future.

   I’ve been going to Leo’s for years and absolutely adore his team and salon. They always work at the hugest standard and try to accommodate you the best way. Staff is always super friendly and head rubs after wash are the best!

   Such an amazing salon! I’ve been going here for over 8 years now and it’s always just such a wonderful experience! I have pretty long hair and am always a little afraid of cutting too much off, Jas my stylist is just the best and always puts me at ease and shows me a few options before the chop! Their recommendations on hair care also are brilliant with great advice always on how to build volume at home to the best curling technique with a straightener! Highly recommend

   I have been coming to LB for about 8 years and visit every 7 weeks. I’m slightly hesitant on sharing my actual hairdresser’s name, because after this review everyone is going to want her!!!;-000 Hannah is hands-down, the only colourist that managed to sort out my hair colour after having visited 4 other salons in the area previously, who all failed (!!). Her years of experience come into play here and she’s an extremely versatile stylist, who tries to keep my aging locks modern and in good condition. Oh and did I mention she’s absolutely lovely with it!!!

   I had my wedding hair done at Leo Bancroft Salon with Amy. The service I received was excellent. It was easy to book an appointment. Amy went above and beyond to ensure my hair was perfect and made sure I had the most relaxing experience. I was taken upstairs to a private room to get ready with my bridesmaids while the photographer was there to capture the moment. My bridal hair was beautiful, plus it stayed in place all day.
