   Was meant to be my well deserved treat but the hairdresser had a pretty bad attitude. We could barely understand each other and she seemed to be getting more annoyed by the minute. I'm not impressed with my hair either, but thought it's pointless complaining or trying to explain. Not going back.

   I am very happy with my new hairstyle. The hairdresser was very friendly and asked for my opinion through the haircut process. It was time efficient and achieved a great result. Recommend a visit and definitely will come back to Desislava in future!

   I had a haircut and blow dry and I was told it will be £35.00 when the lady finished to blow dry the hair was still frizzy , she asked if I wanted to have a straightener I said yes . When I went to pay the other lady called Fiona said it was £ 43.00 . I told her I was given a different price. I think it was dishonest and she didn’t specify this will cost extra £8.00 for passing a straighter a couple of minutes . She said it was still good value , I disagree and I found this dishonest. Paid but I learn the lesson and I hope you find this information useful. The haircut was ok nothing special and not like the picture I showed . Overall disappointed experience.

   Really wanted to get my hair cut and I have gone here before and the girls are always lovely! £25 for a cut and blow dry! So reasonable and I love the look after. I never feel as though I don’t get what I pay for! I love my new look and the girl who did my hair was so lovely and we had a good chat too! Will always return here!!

   I had a good haircut here in the summer and returned again today to a very, very disappointing experience. Twice I was told to return after an hour as there was a queue, but when I decided to wait on the third occasion because the times they were specifying to return were obviously inaccurate, they did not like this. I showed the young hairdresser a picture of the style I wanted and her immediate reaction was dismissive. She told me it would take too long to cut my hair that short and I was encouraged to have a dry cut rather than have my hair washed. I agreed to this to save time but assumed she would cut the style I asked for. Instead she gave my shoulder length hair a trim and only cut the sideways fringe that I requested. When I asked her to go shorter, she asked repeatedly what was wrong with the cut she had given. I explained it was not the style I had requested and although the front was fine, I had said I wanted to go quite short at the back. She then invited her colleague to have a look at my hair and both of them were encouraging me too stay with the length she had decided to cut. I very much got the impression that this was to get rid of me as quickly as possible to deal with the people that were now waiting to be seen ( the Walton store was busy as it was the day before Christmas Eve) I’d been in the chair a little over 7 minutes in total! I was aggrieved that I had to give them numerous reasons as to why my hair should be shorter and explain that I lived in a hot country, I wanted something low maintenance and it was a style that had previously had which I liked. Only then did she agree to cut my hair further, after rudely saying, “it’s your head - suit yourself!” - the atmosphere was unpleasant. She was churlish that I had insisted on getting the shorter cut I wanted and spoke to me quite aggressively about positioning my head at different angles while she cut. I found her to be very unpleasant. When it was time to pay, she told me that I needed cash as the machine wasn’t working. This was despite me having been back to the store twice that same afternoon when I was trying to get seen when they could have made me and other customers aware that we would need cash. On my return home, family members pointed out that the back of my hair wasn’t even properly straight!! I think next time I’ll just make a proper appointment with a regular hairdresser and that way I will be seen on time and get the style I have chosen, without having to justify it!
