My hair looks really nice and the colour is just what I wanted. I felt really welcomed and the service in general was very good. I already booked my next appointment.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. POOR QUALITY APPLICATION, PATCHY RESULTS, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY. I booked for a full head of foils, during the consultation we agreed no root tap would be applied, we wanted to go as bright as possible, and to blend in my greys. Despite this, a root tap was mixed and applied while I was at the basin, I said βI thought we agreed no root tab?β the answer βyou need in to blendβ I operate under the assumption that the person doing my hair knows what theyβre doing, they didnβt. The result is banding, multiple uneven tones and still visible greys. My hair is essentially the same lightness, if not darker, than when I arrived, but now with more contrast and patchiness. I was the last appointment in the salon and the service felt rushed. It was obvious even during the drying stage that the result were bad. I was offered only a βcleanseβ, so washing my hair with harsh shampoo, the next day, which would do nothing for the visible greys, and several areas of banding. I was told I HAD to pay on the day, which I did, and told I would be contacted as a priority the next day, however, I had to chase the salon for a resolution and eventually received a refund, but I am now left going on holiday with hair in a state, they were happy for me to leave the salon with my hair that way so clearly proud of the result and believe it represents their work, see for yourself. Judge a place by how they handle situations when they go wrong, and in this case, they washed their hands of the situation they have left me in, my hair is ruined and they donβt want to do anything about it. This was an expensive and time-consuming experience with a very poor outcome and lack of accountability.

Megan cut my hair . Basically she didnβt do anything at all . My hair was exactly how it was when I walked in . I am extremely disappointed. Very poor service. They charged me Β£55 for doing nothing . My hair Color appointment was cancelled on last day over a voicemail when I tried calling it to me 30mins to get hold of someone on phone . Overall worst salon ever and very poor staff and service

Extremely disappointing behavior and service offer! I recently booked a colour discount service with hair cut and blow dry through the online booking system. I was looking forward to get my hair done before some family get together, when I was informed relatively last minute that the stylist who was going to do my hair was on leave due to sickness. No alternative was provided to me, it did leave me stranded, however as it was understood that hands were tight at their end and I was offered another date. I just received another call this evening to say that now the stylist has left the business and they cant offer me an alternative on the same date. This is pretty disappointing as I have fairly busy weekdays / weekends and was looking forward to my appointment. No alternatives were offered to me, neither any service discounts. When I questioned that what benefits are being offered to me for this inconvenience twice, I was told that I am being offered the colour discount service (which is what I booked anyways) and the stylist at same level on another day. Pretty poor offer from Headmasters Woking as anyone could see that there is no benefit in this offered to me in return of request to move the dates twice. When I challenged the lady on phone, she was rude enough to disconnect and cut me off.. I think the owners of Headmaster Woking really need to revisit their approach on 'Customer Service.'

Maybe they are good, but probably they need a bit more staff. I was hoping to get a haircut, I did an appointment, I received a lot of information over the phone, which I appreciated (cost, name of the stylist). I went there on time, I was told I need to wait 15-20 minutes and I left after 40 minutes of waiting without getting the haircut. Everyone was polite, manager was great so I hope they will have sufficient people in the future.
