   Had an amazing experience. Just came in for a hair cut/new style and thought it would be just another trip to the hairdressers. WRONG! All the staff I encountered were absolutely top notch. Very friendly and very welcoming! The manager was absolutely lovely and did my hair amazing, I’ve never come out of an appointment feeling so happy before. We went through the style together and Najoua gave me her opinion on what would suit my face more! Store is kept very tidy, massage chair for when having hair washed, staff are just brilliant and the prices are very good! 100% will be coming again when a hair cut is needed even though I don’t live in the area!

   I booked my twins in for haircuts, scheduling two appointments at the same time to make things easier. One appointment was with Luiz, who did a great job — I was very happy with his work. However, the experience with Iram was completely different. She was running late with a previous client, and even after finishing, she left the salon twice before starting my daughter’s haircut — a delay of about 40 minutes. When she finally began, I clearly explained what I wanted and even showed her my other daughter’s haircut as a reference. Unfortunately, Iram did not listen. Instead of following the agreed style, she allowed herself to be guided by my six-year-old, who was simply expressing her opinion — not making the decision. When I said I wasn’t happy because the sides were too long, Iram dismissed my feedback and told me she “didn’t want to make my daughter cry,” even though my daughter wasn’t upset at all. After we left, it was clear the two cuts looked noticeably different. My husband had to return to the salon to have it fixed, and Luiz once again stepped in to correct Iram’s work. Unfortunately, that meant my daughter’s hair ended up shorter than I ever wanted, and she was upset it didn’t match her sister’s. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If you visit this salon, I strongly recommend booking with Luiz and avoiding Iram.

   Najoua was brilliant. She tailored my cut and colour to suit my hair and what I wanted perfectly! She talked me through the steps as she went, which allowed me to put my full trust in her. She charged a very reasonable price and provided excellent, friendly service. I highly recommend her!

   Najoua truly has magical hands. My hair has never looked this good, it’s softer shinier smoother and healthier than it has ever been. The salon is well kept and a beautiful scene, lovely service and wonderful people. I truly was speechless leaving the salon my favourite experience yet!

   Fantastic experience! Najoua was able to give me advice on what cut and hair care I needed based on what I wanted. Hair wash with products for my hair (with more advice) and while in a massage reclining chair - felt like a spa treatment. Haircut was exactly what I had asked for and made my hair feel healthy and fresh. Najoua and Kiera were both so friendly and professional and made the atmosphere welcoming and fun. I walked in with boring hair that I always tied up and left with a light healthy style that I couldn't help but keep flicking about. Very happy and definitely going back again as well as recommending to everyone I know. Thank you so much Najoua

   I had hair “stylist” Florin and asked for a trim to which 4 inches were cut off. He didn’t check before cutting as has been my experience everywhere else so by the time I could see the damage it was too late. I asked for a little bit of shaping around my face and he cut in a full side fringe which is awful and heavy. It seems that he cut the front of my hair whilst putting it in a middle parting (I have a side parting which was obvious when I came in, and the way my hair naturally falls) but that was “just how the hair is cut”. Cried for the rest of the day. Can’t wear my hair down as it looks so bad, I’m embarrassed. I went to another salon to fix this and discovered that he had also cut my hair shorter at the front than the back. God knows how he is employed as a hairdresser because he definitely has no idea how to carry out the most basic of hair cuts let alone anything else. Please learn from my mistake and go elsewhere!! It has cost me more than a hair cut at a good salon to fix and I just wish I had gone somewhere else in the first place.

   Again I have had a wonderful experience at Supercuts Cobham. Waqar did a wonderful job with the hair wash- I felt like I also went to the spa- I always come out with the cleanest hair and relaxed from a quick head massage. Waqar and the team are so friendly, welcoming and flexible. Waqar always takes the time to listen to what I would like and prefer, and produces amazing results. I have found the salon and styling for all my future appointments! Would highly recommend!
