   Had the best first experience at Carter and Shields today! Megan was so lovely and made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in. She listened to exactly what I wanted and took time and care over my haircut even though it was the end of the day. I’m very happy with it and won’t hesitate to go back!    Excellent consultation to work out best process of fixing my previously ( long time elapsed) balyaged hair. Having not maintained it throughout my pregnancy it required a lot of work. Discussed the best options and trusted the process and was so pleased with end result of colour and style - exactly what I wanted. Rhianna was able to work out the look I wanted despite me not being able take explain. All staff super friendly and and what a lovely new location to have your hair done in! Thanks so much !

   I'm a guy and I've had long hair for nearly 20 years. I've had so many issues and poor haircuts over that time and have been nervous and reluctant to get it cut Jenny made me feel confident from the initial email and I was completely sold upon meeting her. She voiced all the concerns I'd had over the years and talked me through the cut at each stage, explaining why she was cutting it like that. I'm extremely happy with everything, the salon was lovely, the head massage was great, all in all, would definitely recommend to anyone, but especially men with long hair!

   I visited this salon for the first time on Saturday and cannot recommend them enough. Rhianna was my stylist and she was helpful, honest, super friendly and very talented. I absolutely love my new hair. The young helper Florence was very sweet and friendly and it was generally a really enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend them enough.

   I've been to this salon twice now after moving to the area earlier this year. The first time I came here, I had a colour treatment by Jenny who listened to what I wanted and gave me a few options. I went with her suggestion and I'm glad I did - my colour still looks good 3 months later. I've also had a cut and style by Rhianna who again was very attentive and made recommendations based on my hair type. It turned out beautifully and I'm really happy with it. It's obvious these ladies are experts in their field, and I've found my new regular salon
