   Three months ago my partner came in for a cut and blow dry by Gino. We were left overwhelmingly disappointed as (in spite of his 30+ years of experience), he left my partner's fringe and back of hair askew and totally uneven. I took this to the client care team who consistently prevaricated on giving us a refund, instead only giving us warm (but empty) words and offering solutions which are already free, or alternatives that are well out of area and would require considerable travel and costs. When they eventually refused, we initiated a chargeback procedure through my bank, and I am pleased to report this has been successful, so I now have the money back, for what was a totally disgraceful service. Toni&Guy could and should have done the right thing much earlier in this case, but simply refused to. I would strongly recommend people avoid Toni&Guy, and if you have had a difficult experience with them, try to initiate chargeback proceedings through your bank.

   Had my hair cut by Christine at Toni&Guy and I honestly couldn’t be happier! She nailed exactly what I wanted, the cut is perfect. Christine took the time to really listen, gave great advice, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing!

   Colourist Simon always - I have never been disappointed with his skill to make my hair look great. He has been my colourist for years and I will never change to another colourist! Receptionist always helpful and friendly, as indeed are all the staff at Woking branch.

   Simon absolutely nailed my balayage consultation and the results are even better than I dreamed! Added perfect depth and warmth to my hair. The whole team is super friendly and welcoming. Plus, spending a scorching afternoon in their heavenly air con while sipping a cappuccino and getting gorgeous hair? Definitely going back!

   Lovely salon. The decor is rather disappointing after being a regular at the very stylish Rotterdam branch for the last few years. Good central location just lacking any natural light being in the shopping mall. I can only comment on Leanne who is a fantastic stylist. Superb cut and very friendly.

   Nice salon conveniently located in Woking shopping centre. Friendly staff and good customer service & after care. I was booked in with senior stylist Jamie who was excellent and really nice. The price was reasonable compared to many salons I've visited elsewhere. After my first visit, I decided I'd like more taking my hair and they booked me in for a free correction cut next day. I very much appreciated this. Like my new cut and will rebook there now I've found them. Fun massage chairs at the backwash station too - wasn't expecting to be offered a back massage whilst having my hair washed!!
