So happy with my cut. Hina really can work wonders with hair. She gives fantastic advice about hair care and when it comes to the style I leave that to her as she knows exactly what my hair needs and what would work best for me. Very happy customer!
Having used many hair salons over the years, both locally and in London, I can confidently say that Hina is simply the best. She’s a hairdresser who truly listens and offers thoughtful suggestions—a rarity in this industry, in my experience. The salon itself is great, with attentive, friendly staff. You’d be missing out not to experience what they have to offer.
Hira completely restyled my hair with an excellent cut. Then I had root regrowth and balayage colour applied. I found Hira very skilled and professional both in approach, whilst communicating and in skill set. The whole process was extensive and time consuming. However Hira remained very dedicated to the process and has achieved excellent results which I am extremely happy with. Also Eloise supported the process with application of toner and a lovely blow dry. Overall superb results both assets to the organisation.
Like this is just wild. The fact that I always have to pay for 2 appointments even thought I’m there for one appointment only…because apparently my hair is long and takes longer to cut & blow dry. Which I allowed. Fair enough. But I even came to the appointment with my hair all natural so she can see how it falls on my shoulders and I simply wanted a trim. But all my layers disappeared! And now every time I have my hair curly I just hate it cos it doesn’t sit right! It’s painful to know I’ve paid this much to be dissatisfied. And now I have to pay again for 2 appointments just to get my layers back? It’s unfair really. Would’ve loved if you can rectify this from the last review I left.
I went to this salon after a hair disaster at another hairdresser right before I was about to leave for a holiday. I went to Hair Lab and the colourist Amie SAVED my hair!!! Not only did she save it, she made it look and feel amazing!! Highly recommend this salon for your colour, they took the time to listen to me, identify what I wanted and the best way to achieve these results. The team there are 10/10. They gave me some great colour aftercare advice and really took care of me. I will be coming back here for all my future hair colour appointments!
Aimee is amazing. I have been visiting her for over a year and she has tamed my hair and always gives me exactly what I ask for. My highlights look natural and I’m really pleased with the colour.She manages to cut and blow dry my hair in record time considering it is so thick. I would thoroughly recommend her.
I am very pleased with this place,the hairstylist that did my hair was very nice and she listened to what i had to say and we both figured out what is best for my hair,the haircut was exactly the way i wanted it.I'm so happy,definitely will come again and again.Keep it up!
I have never had a bad experience at the Hair Lab. Katie is so friendly and always cuts and styles my hair really well. I would highly recommend anyone going here.
I went there for the first time to get a haircut. Overall, I didn’t feel happy with the way the stylist who was supposed to cut my hair provided me the service. I have very long hair. Midway, somebody else was asked ( I think a senior stylist) to cut my hair because she felt it would take a lot of time and didn’t seem interested in doing it. The other person who finally gave me a haircut did it nicely. But they charged me 10 pounds extra because they felt my hair was too long half way through which I told/showed to them as soon as I entered (and moreover putting it on me that I didn’t tell them over a phone call where their main focus was only on booking an appointment). Paid the price because I didn’t want them to make a mess of my hair but not the right way to deal with any customer.
