   I have for many years (20+) used a mobile hairdresser, who has recently moved out of the area. I was nervous to return to a salon but had recommendations to try Sorella. At my first appointment the staff were welcoming, easy to talk to and efficient and the salon environment provided a much calmer experience than I expected. We discussed how best to manage my hair moving forward and I an feeling confident with what was agreed. Next appointment already booked !!

   What a fantastic experience in a beautiful salon! They offer you a range of drinks and biscuits as you wait, where you can take in all the tiny details they’ve given attention to in the decorating. There is an option to sit away from the mirrors and the chairs that they wash your hair in are SUPER comfy (they even offer leg rests!!) I had a new person cut my hair today (Holly) and she was kind, patient and did an incredible job. They take the time to make sure you like the new cut and that it’s done properly. It feels like a luxury experience going there! It’s the best salon I’ve been to, highly recommend!

   After years, (wait - decades) - of trying what seemed like - every hairdresser and salon and having haircuts and colours which were ok but not quite what I’d imagined, I am so glad I tried Sorella. I first visited in 2018 and 5 years later Il never let anyone else touch my hair! I always leave Sorella beaming, my hair is the most beautiful it’s ever been, and Lucy (and the team) always ensures it’s in too top condition. If you’ve ever been nervous (especially if you’ve had a bad experience) then don’t hesitate to book a consultation, you won’t regret it!

   Wanted to say a massive thank you to Lucy and the girls at Sorella, I have been going grey for a while from very dark hair, I decided to embrace the grey so had a consultation with Lucy about gradually highlighting to go all over grey. Every one of your girls have been amazing and patient with me, I was worried about how it would affect the condition of my hair but the treatments I've also received have been fab and last night I finally got the colour I wanted and absolutely love it! The salon itself is beautiful and has a very warm and welcoming feel to it. I would highly recommend Sorella :)

   So this is my first time getting my hair coloured. First of all, I have to say how welcoming the staff are. They offer drinks, magazines and make sure your comfortable throughout your time there. Everything was explained to me in detail and everything was discussed about exactly what I wanted. Through out the session, I was comfortable and relaxed. Their was nice chats flowing to. The results of my hair was emotional. I was extremely happy with the results and I will be returning. She did an amazing job with my hair but also made the experience a great one. So thank you Lily and team.

   My second appointment at Sorella and I couldn't be happier. The salon is just as brilliant and friendly as the reviews say - I can undertand why people travel miles to have their hair done here. Luna has re-styled and trimmed my hair - she took time, listened to what I wanted but also gave great advice. Excellent attention to detail. Beautiful cut and finish.

   My first visit, rather nervous, so I decided on a consultation as my hair is fine and needs all the help it can get to increase its volume! A warm and really friendly greeting with the surprise offer of a drinks menu!! I needn't have worried. Luna was amazing. She understood my particular issue, suggested options and the resulting cut and blow dry was excellent. I am SO pleased with the result! She is someone I can trust to keep my hair looking good. I have now made another booking and look forward to being a regular client!!
