Great night out last night watching Slade. All the staff really friendly it helped make a great atmosphere. It felt like a real party and very enjoyable. In particular Luke and Becky made our evening a great Christmas memory. Can't wait to go back!

Had a brilliant night seeing The Wailers for a second time here. Not as crowded as last time so we were able to get a bit closer. Loved the show, and nice to see a mixed crowd of reggae fans. Awesome venue, very easy to get in and out, friendly staff and vibe.

Went to James Marriott at O2 Academy Bournemouth and the venue was amazing. The venue itself was stunning but the best thing about this venue is the wonderful staff, especially Steve who made sure to protect my friend's sign during the gig. The staff made regular checks throughout the day to make sure the queue was doing well considering the cold weather. During the gig, the security made sure water was handed out as often as possible. Can't wait for the next time I come to this venue.

I love this venue, first of all it's beautiful. They really have the sound nailed aswell, loud enough so the music is awesome but you can still hear yourself talk. Just saw The Cat Empire here and it was, as always, amazing!

Great place for live gigs, very close to stage, a good views from balcony too, bars were lretty good, although like most venues, bit overpriced, otherwise a lovely graded building to watch an icon of electronic music, Mr Gary Numan, what a great showman and show

A perfect case of don't judge a book by it's cover. Standing outside in the day you would be forgiven for wondering if you had the right place. It's on the high street, it's not the nicest of high streets to be fair, but then you head inside. A large open plan ground floor surrounded by balconies and frankly stunning architecture greets you. Staff are really friendly and helpful, bar prices not too extortionate (given its the south coast and a venue!) Toilet facilities are cosy but clean. The acoustics are just phenomenal though! Well worth a visit in my book.

First time I've been here, and it is a very stunning and beautiful venue. Saw Pale Waves with my daughter. The lighting and the acoustics were great. Nice layout

I really like the set-up of this venue, it feels spacious and relaxed, easy to find a spot with a decent view. Toilets were also well set up compared to some other O2 venues I've visited and were still in a reasonable state after the show. Bar staff were observant and quick to serve, although I was surprised to be paying the same steep prices for a pint as in London venues. Over £6.50 for a pint of San Miguel is far too much!
