   Ruined my hair, very poor choppy cut, didn't do a proper consultation like normal salons and rushed me out without checking how it looked and if it was even - had to go to another salon to fix it so paid double! Avoid

   I was sitting at the basin next to my sister who was getting her hair done. Literally sat down for 5 mins ... women comes over and splashes me in purpose and then starts bleaching the basin.. by now my phone is soaked. Literally no apology. Just shouted move.... she clearly loves her job. Manners don't cost honey. Use them. I've seen 2 year olds act more mature than you.

   First and last time coming they cut my hair far to short and cried my way home. I felt the staff was arrogant and am dissatisfied with my haircut.I also feel £25 is far too much for just a haircut, not a wash and blow dry but £25 for a wet cut I feel is unacceptable.

   Visited this salon for the first time and I was very impressed. The team were all very friendly and welcoming especially the stylist who cut my hair who was chatty and engaging. The haircut was first class and price very good, I will be returning soon and will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thanks supercuts great service.

   Not a pleasant experience. Was told I would need a cut and blow dry as if I had just a wet cut it would likely be all wonky when I got home. I went with their advice (although it’s pretty worrying if a hairdresser can cut wet hair that badly) but the hairdresser made multiple comments on how much she had not enjoyed doing my hair, how much hard work it had been for her, how tiring it was for her and that she was glad it was over. I have thick curly hair and I would like to think that a professional hairdresser would be able to manage this. It certainly did not make me feel welcome, relaxed or pampered (all the things I hope for when I go to a hairdressers) or wanting to return. I will not be going back.
