   First "Hair Cut" in a while....from long to short, so was a bit ambivalent to begin with, and anxious. Talia was just great, so welcoming and helpful. She was recommended to me, and I will happily recommend her. She took time and trouble to ensure my hair was exactly as I had envisaged, and wished it to be. My grateful thanks to her and the staff in the salon, all welcoming and so helpful.

   Absolutely ruined my mums hair. She wanted to go blond for her wedding. Over 9 months ago had her hair stripped in preparation to go blond. She then had two full head of highlights over the past 6 months. Her hair is an absolute joke. It is a multitude of awful brassy colours with the top of the head being almost white/grey and the rest of the hair a brassy orange. We went to see another hair dresser who wont be able to fix the problem and my mum is getting married in 5 days. My mum is disabled and does not have £600 to waste. So upset and angry for her. Other reviews mention awful colours. Do not go for a major colour change they do not have the skills or knowledge.

   Jodie not only listened closely and advised really well on how to manage dry and unruly hair but she completely put me at ease while I looked after my toddler and was very warm and accommodating. My hair was left really smooth and I learnt about scalp scans and helpful products. A great experience!

   I recently had the pleasure of visiting Academy hair salon in Hersham and the whole experience was most enjoyable. SJ (Sarah-Jane), an exceptional colourist of many years standing, used a new thermal treatment on my hair which was amazing. It was so light when applied and also took less time to ‘take’ which was a bonus. I was delighted with the result and would highly recommend both this procedure and SJ’s expert knowledge of colouring hair. Zoe’s excellent and professional blow dry completed a very enjoyable visit. Many thanks and can’t wait for my next appointment.

   I have used Academy (Hersham) for the first time recently and am so happy I found this salon. The team are lovely and very welcoming. I felt pampered throughout, Lilly is very professional and gives the best hair wash and massage. I had my hair restyled and coloured by Chiara, this was the first time I have had my hair coloured, I was nervous before but she made the process so easy and enjoyable, she is so knowledgeable and I am glad to have found her as my hairdresser! I am so happy with my hair and feel much more confident. Can't wait to go back!
