   I went in for a full head colour, cut and blow dry. The colour came out way too dark (I got sth very similar doing a colouration at home with a supermarket dye on a sale), very dry hair (assuming no Olaplex or similar was added), cut was Ok but very sloppy styling as well (if it was for an occasion, I would be very disappointed). All concerns dismissed by my stylist and the owner, told it will fade with time (thanks for the advice). It costs a lot of money so really don't bother for same effect you'd get at home with a half-off Loreal and chose your salon wisely (do ask what products they use and what colour they can obtain get exactly).

   Allanah has been cutting my hair at Shades for around 2 years. I have a wash cut and blow-dry a d have always been happy with the cut and finish.The price is very reasonable compared to some of the named salons. Allanah is always on time for the appointment and everyone is attentive my needs. It's a relaxed unisex salon with some gentle banter between stylists and clients. I would highly recommend.
