   Honestly the worst place I have ever been to to get my hair done, They were extremely convincing that they could get my hair from blonde to dark, black even though I had reservations and said please don't commit if you can't. I came in and was told the way it would be done, ( a red would be applied so that it can then be coloured black). I left with red streaks, blonde streaks and black streaks throughout my whole head. When confronting them about how badly it was done, they asked me to come in again, and guess what? A second time I left with more streaks in my hair. By the third Time they became passive aggressive with me like it was my fault that my hair looked so damaged and brittle. They then refused to give me my money back and said their boss is on holiday so id have to wait a week for me to get my money back because they don't do refunds. The two women in there, an asian lady and blonde lady, both were extremely unprofessional, rolling their eyes and making comments at me while I was finally given the owners details to discuss the issue as I refused to leave without it. They even tried to convince me that I was seeing things and there was no error in colour?!?! They offered me no compensation or support for breaking my hair and ruining the quality of it. I have lost so much hair since and honestly they are the worst place to go no professionalism or respect or accountability at ALL. I'll attach pictures and you can decide if this was a professional job by stylists. Bear in mind they coloured my hair 3 times in a week with no treatments or help considering the amount of dye they were applying, They honestly don't have a clue what they are doing in there. . AVOID at all COSTS.

   I had my first appointment at Saks Hampton and the experience was great! Emily was my stylist and she did a wonderful job. She gave me a trim and beautiful wavy blow dry. Will definitely go back again and would highly recommend

   Wow. Absolutely blown away. A hairdressers that listens! 1st proper hair cut in 13 years, terrified. Made to feel so at ease from entering. Danielle gave me an amazing wash and then styled by Bea, who was really attentive, listened to what I had to say and gave me a fantastic cut and style. Gone from my normal shoulder length, “safe” style to a wonderful, very short pixie cut and really couldn’t be happier! Thank you Saks! Especially Bea and Danielle. Will definitely be visiting again.

   Courtney did an amazing restyle today from long straight hair to a Bob. She was attentive, engaging, consulted with me on every step of the haircut and the products she used, which reassured me she knew what she was doing.    I visited here today after years of abusing my hair. I was in major need of professional help. I sent one message on Google and before I knew it, I was called, we had a chat and I was invited straight in for an appointment. I was seen by Zoe, who can I just say was amazing and eased all my nerves. she sat me down and really listened to my hair history, without making me feel bad for how rough my hair was. the whole time Zoe made me feel comfortable, gave me the best service and the nicest small talk about life. I left with a cut that I was comfortable with, hair that felt incredibly smooth and healthy and some products to help me keep the magic at home. the salon, the staff and the experience has really eased my anxiety and I cannot wait to be back for my next trim in August. Thank you so much Zoe and the Saks team x
