   Im leaving this review as constructive criticism. I booked in for a full head of highlights and colour. My hair was red with darker red roots, (see 1st pic) and i wanted it to be slightly warmer and blended like the 3rd photo. Unfortunately after taking a photo of my hair after visiting the salon (2nd photo) it is still looking exactly the same as before imo. I am disappointed as I spent a lot of money and felt like the stylist didn’t listen to me or give me a consultation before starting. I did show a photo to the stylist previous to having my colour done to show what I wanted but she only briefly looked at it and then made my hair a very bright vibrant red when I mentioned that I wanted it to look warmer and more natural. She ended up re doing my colour but after just two washes at home it has gone back to how it looked before my appointment. The lady who did my hair was also very heavy handed and my scalp was very sore for 3 days after. However on a positive note she did do a very nice cut and blowdry for me.

   I recently visited this lovely salon. I cannot express how HAPPY I am with their service. I have never ever felt happy with the colour of my hair, Lola has an intuitive & experienced focus that will bring out the best in how you want you hair to look. I came to them with the issue of having to repeat having a block colour to cover grey hair. We decided to have low lights with a new base tone (to match my natural hair colour) and I have never felt better. Everyday, a quick glance in the mirror and I'm on cloud 9.

   I needed to get my 2 daughters' hair cut before the start of the school term. Lola was amazing and fitted them in so easily. She made immediate contact with me via WhatsApp to make an appointment. Whilst waiting for my daughter to finish having her hair cut, I happened to ask if they could cut my 4 year old son's and again Lola said of course! He loved being in the little car and she did a lovely cut. A few days later, I dropped in on the off chance that they could fit me in for a hair cut and they proceeded to make me feel a million dollars. They washed, cut and blow dried my hair with curls in it. It was stunning and I got so many compliments. I will be returning to them all the time now for trims and curly blow dries! The best!

   Lola’s been amazing with our 4 year old son! For a very long time we couldn’t find a place where he wouldn’t be scared as a little boy to have his hair cut. It’s now more than two years that we regularly go for a haircut to LV hair. Really recommend for children’s haircut.
