Very hard to get through to them on the phone let alone an appointment bring back the walk in service
There phone number don't even work so how you ment to get through to them
Was initially difficult getting through to book an appointment but once your past that the facility and staff are great and very supportive.
What a joke, I've spent 4 hours on Friday calling them and phone is just ringing and ringing as if they are sat there watching it. I've been doing same since half 8 today and same again no one is answering, Good thing I have unlimited calls otherwise I'd be screwed. Why say you are open at 8.30am then not answer phones, getting very very frustrated especially as there seems to be no other way of contacting them, makes me just want to march down to them in person seeing as calling is getting me no where.
After reading references here I was afraid and wasn't looking forward to visit this clinic at all. Fortunately I really must say my experience was pleasant and I wouldn't change anything. Very kind staff who explained to me everything about the examination beforehand and was very patient with clarifying anything if I needed, since English is not my native language. I would definitely recommend.
My docs surgery is useless for booking appointments within two weeks. To the point where I recieved my pills late on multiple occasions. The doctors I saw never listened to my complaints about the pills I was on brushing them off as normal side effects. I recalled using this clinic once in my past for an emergency pill and I decided to try going here instead. The staff are lovely and actually helped me find the right pills for me. I now have no side effects and know I can walk in and get my next set when I am ready. I always point my friends this direction for any sexual health needs because I know they'll retrieve the care and advice they need

Waited nearly an hour to see someone, considering when I came in no one was I'm and I watched 5 people who came after me walk in and straight out! Answer on the reception- I don't know what happened! Don't worry, been sat here for nearly an hour, sure you have noticed as you booked me in!!!
