Had an appointment through our GP to get our daughter seen at 14:30 hrs and we arrived 15 mins early for the appointment, the clinic was empty and none waiting to be seen. We waited over 1 hour and no signs of us to be seen? I asked the receptionist 3 times and was told there were 3 clinics running but we waited, waited and waited !! We walked out as we had other kids to pick up from school. Ridiculous service

Charging patients for parking especially when they are poorly is just wrong. Signs are unclear in the car park so I guarantee people are paying just out of fear - after getting inside it says it’s free parking if you’re a patient, but in the car park it says you will be fined £100 for not paying. Also when one patient is late for their appointment and another is right on time, the patient who is on time should be seen first (ie. At their appointment time). Making other patients wait longer to accommodate late patients is unfair to the rest of the list.

No so great. Never been in so much pain. No pain relief was offered. Didnt do much. Took a urine sample. I told them I was suicidal but to no avail. Nhs at a low point right now. Even when all staff on pay raises. Don't expect much help because you be very unhappy if you don't get it. Don't get me wrong maybe some people get the correct help. And i hope they do. But im still stuck and mega ill. As more time passes my illnesses worsens

After calling at Doncaster A&E and facing a waiting room crammed full and a waiting time of four hours or more I rang the Doncaster Same Day Heath Centre from home and was offered an appointment fours hours later. The place was spotless and the staff very helpful. The doctor I saw was also most helpful and placed an electronic prescription which I was able to pick up from my preferred pharmacy almost straight away. All this when over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend when my GP was shut for two and a half days. An excellent service.

Twice this week we have needed to use this service. Both appointments were within two hours of the initial triage call. All staff were friendly, compassionate, quick and effective.

I’m giving two stars because the receptionist was nice and I rang at 12pm and got an appointment at 1pm. I think that’s brilliant and fast service. However, the doctor that saw my 2 year old was rude! I brought him in for a atraumatic limp for a few days that I was concerned about and he just basically said bring him back if he’s got a temp! Erm what? He got annoyed because my son wouldn’t put the sats machine on his finger. Well obviously, he’s 2 years old he’s going to be scared? Basically just fobbed me off and now I feel the only option is to go to a&e. No wonder a&e is so clogged up because people are getting no help! GP appointments aren’t until next few months and then you get no help when you can get an appointment!!! Judging by the doctors advice ‘if he limps he limps’ so shall I just leave that for the rest of his life then! Unbeknownst to you I do work in the NHS in a similar role so I know for a fact the care you gave was unprofessional. I’m so annoyed. If a mother is worried about her child you help and you reassure. Even if you don’t think it’s anything to be concerned about. How you can let someone leave without knowing where to turn next is beyond me .

Absolute joke. I ring up in agony with my sinuses after my regular docs couldnt see me. Heads pounding, cheek bones hurting. Gunk coming down my throat yet according to their stupid little assessment, that had no relevance to my issue whatsoever, they couldn't offer me an appointment as it was not deemed worthy enough. I said what on earth makes it worthy...I'm in agony! Still wouldn't help me. Ridiculous. & this is why people go to A&E clogging up their system.

Saw an amazing Dr here. Dr Eribake listened to all ny concerns about my own health and that of my toddler. He was patient, kind, caring and gave appropriate treatment. He had a great way with ny toddler, totally put her at ease whilst looking in her ears/throat and listening to her chest. Just Brilliant!
