    phoned today trying to get an appointment once again, I've been waiting almost a year to be seen, my hearing aid is now falling to bits, the receptionist was very rude on the phone and had an attitude as soon as she answered, even though I remained polite she hung up on me, very poor service. The receptionist definitely needs re-training on how to speak with patients who are in need, she also needs to work on her stinking attitude as well

    Every time I try to ring Iā€™m placed in a queue . Left to handgun on for ages and when I do get through the phone just keeps ringing . Dreadful service poor customer communication skills at work

    I phoned on Monday morning, problem with hearing aid, was told needed new tubes, they would post them to me. On Friday afternoon, they had not arrived, so phoned again, got cut off first time, second time got to speak to someone, explained that not received any parts, didn't know about it, so was put on hold while checked if they had what I needed, and again said would post them to me, as it is a Bank holiday weekend I guess will be waiting a while, I was also told I had missed an appointment in January, I was away from home January, I had an appointment for May that was cancelled due to the present covid problem, I am now on waiting list for an appointment to check my hearing, I'm not holding my breath!

    On hold for 2o minutes. My mom is 85 and her hearing aid is broken. When I finally got through the receptionist put the phone down on me. Disgraceful service. Shame on you.

    Disgusting! Today I called the hearing clinic on three occasions. On the first occasion the phone rang and rang and rang but it did not get answered. On the second occasion I was put on hold being tenth in line. Slowly over the next thirty minutes I gradually went down to number one but I was the cut off. On the third and last occasion I was put on hold again and as I got to number one in line and another thirty minutes later yet again I was cut off!!! I can understand a shortage of staff and illness but this isn't the first time this had happened. I have called this place on several occasions over the last two years for the same result. It just isn't good enough. I await your explanation.

    Disgraceful wait on the telephone you are number 9 moving to 4 then 3 then then back to 5 in the waiting order.. When you reach one it goes to the engaged tone. How can this happen three times in one day. Please address
