Looking at previous reviews I feel I need to write a review to try and balance things up. I have had to visit the surgery a few times over the past couple of years and I honestly can't fault the service I've received. Yes, it's difficult to get an appointment but talking to friends and relatives this seems to be a common theme throughout GP surgeries and not just this one. I fear this is just a reflection on the NHS as a whole and not the individual surgeries. Every doctor I've seen has been patient, understanding and helpful and I've come away reassured that everything that could be done has been done. Obviously other people out there may have had bad experiences but I can honestly say that all my visits have been extremely positive.

My heart sinks when I need to call them. Just tried nearly 200 times without getting through, and this is a regular occurrence. Who needs antibiotics anyway. Is a queuing system too much to ask in 2024?

Absolutely shocking surgery, we rang fro. 8 last week took 116 attempts to get through to be told no appointments and try a different number for a assessment. Rang the other number and they did assessment and said ring doctors back and let them know a appointment was needed within the hour even via phone!!! Another 19 attempts finally got through for the lazy uncaring receptionist to just keep saying well there's nothing we can do we have no appointments.

Absolutely disgraceful. Advised to seek medical attention as showing symptom of retinal detachment. Was sent to same day health who couldn’t offer help. Weeks later self referred to specialist triage and checks revealed ocular migraine. Tried to get appointment since and again excuse despite everything told them , wouldn’t see me. Previous to to that in the one appointment I did get. Took a problem to them which needed exam and the stupid doctor was asking me questions about what it looked like. I had to tell him to examine me. I’ve also requested numerous times not to be contacted about covid jabs. These requests get ignored and still send me texts and emails This doctors surgery is the pits.

I have been with this surgery for years and yet my partner who has depression and anxiety, struggles to even get to the drs,is still suffering with severe pain. Every time we go we get no answers or solutions. Dr Eroje loves to talk over you and doesn't listen to the problems you have. She assumed my partner eats fatty foods and that's where their pain is coming from but they're on a healthy diet. We will be changing to a different drs asap.

Refused to let me book an appointment. Receptionist said you have to call at 8AM and they will give you an appointment on that day and will refuse to give appointments in the future. You can never get through at 8AM because everybody has been told to call at the same time. Absolutely bizarre way of running a doctors practice.
