I saw Sandra and Rikki. Both equally put me at ease. Explained everything to me and what to expect. Rikki wasn’t pushy at my consultation. She said go home and think about. Don’t rush into it. Which I did. I then went back for treatment. Everything explained again. Highly recommended.
Has we get older and look in the mirror we think shit it's time to do something. Some people think get old gracefully. Not me while this great place I saw on Google I thought give it a ago well my experience was really great Shelley and Cheryl and receptions was really really down to earth made me at ease all chatting to each other it felt good everyone knew what they do .ps everyone in there looks so young and bright, so that shows me it works. Inside the building was lovely it felt like I was on holiday in the waiting room. Bang on.
From walking through the door I was greeted by very friendly staff to be taken upstairs into a beautiful and clean waiting room. I was then guided into the grand and luxury clinic room by the beautiful Emma. I was feeling a little anxious about having the Neogen treatment done but Emma was clearly very knowledgeable in regards to this treatment and she put me at complete ease. My downtime healing was exactly how she explained it would be and my skin feels brand new. I am one happy customer and I have already booked in for other treatments to be done.
I always look forward to coming in - the atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. I had a lovely treatment yesterday with Emma, who is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel completely at ease. Everyone at Elements was super accommodating! I got my lips done today (1 mil) by Rikki - she was SO nice. She was really comforting and made me feel at ease during the process. My lips look lovely and I’m over the moon with them. Definitely recommend!
I had my first PRF Treatment yesterday with Natalie. I was very happy with the procedure she carried out, very thorough and got as much out of the plasma so I was able to have the maximum number of injections. I highly recommend Elements for anyone considering PRF Treatment.

Where do I start?! My nose has perhaps been my biggest insecurity for as long as I can remember. Even after having surgery, I was still really unhappy and self conscious about the deep groves on my nose. A few years ago, I contacted a very well known aesthetic clinic and had a consultation. They didn’t feel they could offer what I wanted and I was turned away. As such, I felt my options were limited and have spent so long feeling unhappy with that I see in the mirror and on photographs. Tonight, Elements changed that. I had filler to soften the grooves and it has completely changed how I feel about my nose. I can’t stop looking in the mirror! It looks so much better and I only wish I had contacted Elements sooner to help. The level of skill, professionalism and overall service is second to none and I can’t praise them enough for their expertise. I am happy with the way my nose looks; not a sentence I EVER thought I’d be able to say. Thank you just doesn’t begin cover it!
I like this clinic and I have been a regular for a couple of years. The atmosphere is modern and the staff is always professional and warm. I want to especially single out my cosmetic professional - the gorgeous Claire. She’s absolutely amazing! Claire is very kind and has extensive knowledge and experience and also keeps up with new techniques and trends. I truly trust her with my face because she always explains everything well and is very gentle when administering any type of treatment. Doing procedures with her meets and exceeds my high expectations every time. I’m impressed with the care and professionalism I receive from her. Every session from start to finish is flawless and Claire always does an outstanding job! I really can’t recommend her enough. I had injectables done at other places but since meeting her I can’t imagine going to someone else.
