   Molly did such a good job on my hair today that I received lots of compliments this evening when I went out to meet friends! Molly was chatty and warm in the salon and in fact all the staff made me feel very welcome. It was such a pleasure to be there!

   Abbey washed cut and styled my hair perfectly!!! I was very particular about the way I wanted it cut and styled and with my hair texture its proved difficult in the past with other stylists from other salons but not with Abbey! She got it spot on! She is lovely as well as amazing at her job✨✨

   I had brought the salon invitation for £98 so I came in for my first appointment for the cut, I ended up spending another £24 on a treatment that didn't feel worth the money, but that's besides the point. I had the cut and the results are actually not in keeping with professional standards. I have a number of images to evidence and corroborate my concerns. I then came back six (6) weeks later for an appointment that I was really excited for. I asked for a full head of highlights, we had discussed all the possible outcomes which is fine. I didn't mind too much about the colour because I knew after a couple of sessions it would get me there eventually. However, the foils were not tight enough at the top at my roots and my hair has gone really patchy as you can see in the photos I have attached. To top things off she straightened my hair whilst it was still wet which even I know is extremely unhealthy for your hair especially as it had just been bleached. This appointment cost me a further £89. I had hoped for just a straight cut and highlights with a salon finish, even the blowdry was rushed and I left very frizzy and still damp hair, the outcome is significantly different from what was expected in a very negative way . I would appreciate it if you could address this concern, as I left the salon feeling quite disappointed , insecure and unconfident in my appearance . I have also attached the photo I used to show the hairdresser at the appointment.

   You should really see the before and the after. It's the first time ive trusted someone to French braid my hair on the floor in benidorm... luckily it was from daisy, she was so soft that Lindsey was blown away, I also witness Lindsey search for a lighter, that she couldn't finda, she's a sniper, with a viba, that protects like a fighter, long story ill recommend these services highly, daisy for promotion! Molly is worried daisy will become the saloons best stylists, can't wait to visit the branch in Surrey

   My daughter went to have her hair cut for Little Princess Trust by Shannon, what a lovely experience it was. Shannon was so kind and took care of my daughter on what was quite a big event for her. It’s not my closest salon but I hope to return soon!

   Couldn’t recommend Academy Claygate highly enough. Both times I have been Coral and Georgia have taken so much time and care over my hair, and both have been my favourite cut & styles I’ve ever had. My hair looks and feels amazing and I feel amazing too. The colour has lasted SO well, and my hair it’s so much healthier. It’s also unbelievable value. Thank you!

   Georgia coloured my hair & it’s perfect. I wanted to go a little lighter after the summer and she got the level just right. Coral cut and styled my hair and I am very happy with the result. I used Olaplex in my colour & to condition & my hair feels great.

   Love this salon. You always get looked after and their coffee is delish :). Coral is the best hairdresser, been with her for years and can't trust anyone else.
