   Having looked for a local stylist, and following reviews I found Jeremy. He cut my hair to perfection, he listened to what I wanted, even though it was the first cut from Jeremy he understood my "hair" and what it needed.

   Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service here!! The only thing good about this place is chloe hence the two stars is just for her. Shes a very talented hair stylist and the two times i have come in she has been amazing at cutting and doing my hair! Sadly however this is no longer a motivating factor to come in. I have no idea who the girl is that is operating the telephone lines and running the main desk but her attitude is soo unbelievably rude. Had an appointment for a keratin today and tried calling several times to confirm they never answered and she had said she would call back there was no such call back nor a voicemail left and my phone is working fine. She insisted she had called back and left voicemails and til now no such has been received on my phone when i have had no issues receiving calls or messages from other people, so I am willing to assume she may be lying to save face . Furthermore she had the audacity to put me on hold whilst blatantly speaking and entertaining another customer whilst i could hear that entire conversation over the phone on hold! How rude ! Who does this?? When i pointed out this unprofessional behaviour and just denying this over the phone and making excuses and kept arguing to compensate for her shitty behaviour . Not cool. I am certainly not going to book another appointment here again, the customer service is appalling and the owner should really look into this and instill some much needed customer service training amongst his or her staff , or just fire such people and replace them with more polite, professional and well mannered staff members . Maybe this is what happens when you hire teenagers to do an adult’s job .There is no excuse for such behaviour when dealing with customers as this can affect your business and you guys will lose our money so at the end of the day really its your loss. If you want loyal customers to keep coming in and rave about the salon to others, then please treat them (us) with kindness, respect and decency.

   Jeremy cut my long hair 6 weeks ago, the cut was perfect and exceeded all expectations. Thank you Jeremy for making me feel at easy, and also my beautiful blow dry today. Amanda thank you for the Glass Treatment today-the texture of my hair is beautiful, and shiny. The young lady with the very dark hair who washed my hair- thank you for the head massage during the wash. The lovely lady on the reception who is always smiling and extremely professional-thank you. Hobbs in Ruislip really is the best in this area. Thank you everyone you are all so lovely and welcoming. The salon is spotless x

   Excellent salon and I would highly recommend. Kayleigh is the best hairdresser, hands down. She listens to and takes the time to understand her clients needs. She is a very talented hairdresser and makes me you feel at ease. All in all I couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend her. Prices are reasonable for the quality for of service you receive. As with anything in life, you get what you pay for. I’m always offered a coffee, which is in a pristinely washed cup and comes with a biscuit. All in all a very very pleasant experience.

   Had a really good experience at the salon. Had my cut and toner by Sophie who did an amazing job!! She corrected my colour perfectly and gave me the cut I requested- after having been to another salon where I wasn't pleased with cut or colour. I love my haircut and colour finally, thanks to Sophie!
