   First time having a lash lift and tint and brow wax at Olana's. very pleased, did feel apprehensive but as soon as I arrived I was made to feel relaxed and welcomed. Olana told me step by step what she was doing, made me feel very relaxed. Both Olana and her mother are both lovely people , very complimentary, left feeling much better than when I arrived. Will definitely be going back, highly recommend.

   My Mum and I are regular customers of Anna’s and after each visit at the salon, we walk out with huge euphoria. Anna never fails to impress with her impeccable ways of hairdressing and hairstyling. My Mum and I usually go for a haircut however since 2 years, we have also had highlights done by Anna. She helped us navigate the highlight colour we wanted driven by her expertise and did a splendid job with our hair! Anna is a kind, bubbly lady and exerts a high level of professionalism in her work!    I had such an amazing experience at Olana Hair and Beauty Salon! Last time I visited, I got highlights along with an Olaplex treatment, and the results were incredible. My hair was so shiny, soft, and full of life—it honestly felt and looked healthier than ever. I walked out of the salon feeling absolutely stunning.    Firstly, Olana, thank you!! My friend had given me Olana’s details when she saw how bad my fringe was. I only came in for my fringe, but ended up getting the rest of my hair fixed (the previous cut was not done properly, and I didn’t know!!). I knew then I couldn’t go anywhere else. I then booked my mum in for an appointment as we are due to travel overseas for a wedding. This was my mums first time in salon. (pics posted below - you’ll see how bad her hair was from all the box dye). I am now on my way to get my hair fixed (from a previous salon) and the colour I always wanted! She consults and listens carefully and she is efficient, very honest and trustworthy. This is a very rare high end hairdresser in Hayes Town who really takes the time to reach perfection.
