Great service, handled my return quickly. Please note that the "grass" version of the recessed manhole cover is quite a lot more expensive compared to the regular recessed manhole cover eventhough the difference is only a bunch of holes drilled in the bottom of the cover and root barrier glued in. I didn't mind as I ordered the regular recessed cover and did the work myself.
