I booked an appointment here because of all the amazing reviews. I don't understand why my experience was so different to everyone else's, but I left feeling very disappointed. Paid over £90 and was in and out the salon in 30mins, the quickest cut I've ever had. Very few questions asked about what I wanted. I gave honest feedback and was offered the opportunity to come back and get the cut sorted, I asked instead if it was possible to receive a partial refund. No reply.
Maisie is wonderful, so knowledgable, friendly and nice! She gave me (and my daughter who was having the hair appointment) reasonable expectations about what she may/may not abe able to acheive when it came to the hair colouring. The result (both dye and cut) was amazing, it looks fantastic! Fantastic, thank you Jenna! It has been a few years since I have come along and used Stone when I found it very pleasant and liked 'the vibe' of it. Previously, I enjoyed coming along, but I'm very pleased to discover that changes have been for the better/improvements. After my haircut and blow dry today (which was very positive and relaxing) I am convinced that I will return again when I need my next one (and also encourage my teenage daughter to choose Stone when she next wants to change her make changes to her hairstyle!).
Maisie was patient and carried on styling my hair once dry until I was happy and I didn’t feel rushed at all - because of that got exactly what I wanted and am really happy! Cub the dog was also a big bonus
Had an amazing experience with Jenna, probably the best hair cut I've ever had. My hair is much healthier now and she skillfully made it suit my face and style, and shared a few great care tips. I'm very impressed!
There's all other salons and then there's this place - in a league of its own. I had a puppy (not mine) napping in my lap while my hair was being styled by the first person in London who knew how to do it properly, need I say more?

I visited John on the recommendation of another curly-haired local woman. The welcome was warm and the staff attentive from the moment I arrived. I was offered a drink a number of times and was provided with one quickly. The boy who washed my hair was a good conversationalist, but knew when not to chat. John cut my hair very well and was clearly very skilled. He looked at my hair like he was in awe and gave me many compliments - which was lovely! He gave me many ideas and made me feel confident enough to try a new style. I'm very happy with the cut and the service and thank Stone for giving me a good curly style that so many don't seem to be able to achieve!
