   I was pretty unhappy with the results after a moisture treatment and cut and blow dry. I asked the hairdresser to amend the cut a bit to be closer to what we’d talked about but it’s still not a great cut and the styling/finishing was non existent, again I mentioned this and she put a bit of volume in, but when I got home it really didn’t look like I’d been anywhere near a salon. I don’t want to name her, she was perfectly nice and friendly but it was clear she was really inexperienced and not being properly mentored. I realised afterwards that my hairdresser was the lowest price level. To be honest I’ve never worried too much about that but obviously I should have. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m having a really tough time at the moment and I needed this appointment to be a nice mood boost but it was the opposite, hence the motivation to review. I didn’t want to cause a fuss in the salon, and I consider I had done what I could to address it with her directly - I think this is a management issue.

   I am just curious to know what the level of service is supposed to be at your salon. I came to get a cut and blow dry, which generally the experience was going well, until the end where the stylist didn’t bother to show me the back of my hair to see how I liked it and told me to take off my gown when I was ready and meet her at the till. I was shocked and sat there for a few more seconds wondering why I hadn’t been brushed down with the cut hair all over me and why I wasn’t helped to take off gown. Is this something that salons do now? As it has never happened to me before. Just a bit baffled and curious. Many thanks

   I cut a wispy fringe in my grand daughters hair. She was super excited to see how it turned out. (It didn't go well). She was so polite and didn't want to hurt my feelings but I could see how disappointed she was. I phoned Headmasters in Surbiton and they were able to offer me an appointment at 4.15 the same day. I cannot say how kindly they treated her. Marcella did a wonderful job of feathering in her fringe and treated her like a very special young lady. My grand daughter was thrilled and chatted all the way home about how it was JUST what she wanted. I was so delighted I had to hug Marcella. One very happy family. Thank you so much for making our day.

   Went to Headmasters’s for the first time in a long time as I just haven’t had the time in awhile but Nicole was absolutely amazing she completely transformed my hair and talked me through the whole process and every aspect, she was amazing from start to finish and my hair is absolutely stunning I feel like a new woman and that’s all down to Nicole. I do have to add the front of house staff where absolutely amazing to from the moment I walked in, such professional service and they make you feel so warm and welcome. I will definitely be recommending Nicole to all of my friends and family. She’s truly amazing at what she does! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

   Loved my haircut! Visited the salon recently and had this lovely haircut and blow dry by Faith. I have to say it was the best haircut and blow dry I have had in a while! It has lovely layers nicely framing my face. Will visit again to do colour/highlights with Faith.

   This was the first time I went to have my hair cut and blow dry . It was the worst experience in my life . When I went to them, I said that I want to cut what is damaged but to keep the length as much as possible. The hair was cut unevenly, one side longer than the other, in some places it was not cut at all. Ended to pay £62 , couldn’t go back because was working full time . Will never go back again
