   Excellent for hair cut but never get your eyebrows done here … The Nepalese lady waxed (burnt) my eyebrows She kept telling me my skin is sensitive - no hun you’ve burnt me! Not one but both my eyebrows are burnt … I will like to mention again the barbers are amazing!

   The staff member completely ruined my beard. Even showed him a picture of how I would like it to be done and he said yes fine. He just trimmed all of my beard and when I said to him you ruined it all he just turned back and said its fine it will grow. So very unprofessional from him. They need to be given proper training of how to treat customers. They staff member was on No.4 that's what I saw on the mirror. They had a very good barber few years bac(darmian) i guess was his name, since he left this barbershop is just become a joke.

   had similar experience as other reviewers with the barber here. Spent more time talking on his phone and walking around talking to other staff than he did on my haircut which then took 3x longer than it should have. Then, having asked if they take card payment when I walked in, when I went to pay after the haircut the woman working on the till pretended like they didn't take card, after a while the card machine mysteriously started working again. Very unprofessional place .

   Very bad service from a staff member this morning. I came in wanting scissors cut. The guy refused saying no I will use machine. I asked again to use scissors but again he refused. I got up and as I was about to leave he started to laugh saying scissors cut. As a customer I have the right on want I want to do. Because of this staff member he has a put a bad name to the shop and towards other staff. This does not even deserve 1 star. Very bad service. ( not sure what his name is). I even phone when I got home to make a complaint and the same guy got rude and hung up. What kind of service is this? I think this guy needs to learn how to provide a good customer service

   Alex is my new go to barber. Very professional yet very entertaining. Looking after all his customers... Alex cut my hair and I brought my mum for a treat and she was very nicely looked after and gave a special discount as it was her birthday. Thanks Alex. You have a new permanent customer.

   A buzzing place to get a quick haircut, but there's always someone available to serve you. Today I had a haircut with Claudia. She was so lovely and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable and asked me how I'd like my hair. I asked her to give me layers that would suit my face and she did that well. Quite happy with the service today and happy with the price. Will only ask for Claudia henceforth.

   I did my hair colour here , & the lady (thin with specs blond hair) i clearly asked her the colour I wntd. Infact showed her a pic toooo , but she did completly opposite to what I asked for. wen i asked her , Is this the colour I asked u for ?? She replied: wait , at the end u wil get that loook , & I understood that she screwed my hair colour , first of all she was nt intrested at all in listening n understanding what Colour I want. Secondly She was rude , Everytime I tried to ask her that wats going , which colour r u doing , & she used to mk me quiet by sayin wait wait, wait (until I screw ur hair more. ? ) Also the colour looked soo dull n fade, As if a year bck it is done , doesnt look like fresh highlights at all !! ALEX look very KIND & HUMBLE person , he should definately look into this.

   Do Not by any cost go here!!! first of all the person that cut my hair was extremely rude. secondly she did not give me the cut I wanted. I specifically asked her to do an army cut with number 3. She completely ignored me and started doing a buzz cut with number 2, when I pointed it out to her she started arguing with me, saying "you should have told me at the start". to avoid drawing attention to my self I stayed quiet. My hair started to look worse than before, so again I pointed it out. she responded by saying "will you let me do my job!". so again I stayed quiet. my hair ended up looking uneven and asymmetrical, nothing close to what I wanted. the final blow was the price, on their banner they stated "5 pounds for gents" but they charged me 7 pounds. 7 pounds for a cut that I did not even like!! when I got home, I had to fix my hair, by shaving off all the uneven bits. to make it somewhat look better. so, I'm now stuck with a horrible cut for the next few weeks. to make matters worse I have to go to school every day, embarrassing myself with a horrible hair cut, which could have all been avoided if the barber just did her job properly, without being rude, and listing to her customers.

   I went here yesterday , asked for a medium cut with medium layers. My hair was cut to my shoulders , i then decided that it was okay as hair grows out. Once the lady is done with my haircut i am appalled with the result so i ask her to trim it a bit more and make it blend throughout as my hair looked like it had stairs on it. She proceeded to be very rude and disrespectful, shouting at me in her native language. I sat down again for her to complete my hair and she was extremely harsh by the way she cut my hair. I hated the result but i felt bullied as all the other women started shouting at me so i left. I went toilets and looked at my hair , it was ruined ! i had such luscious locks before and now my hair is extremely short and uneven. The worst part ? - the back is all uneven and half my hair is shorter than the other half. Moral of the story guys , just because someone has a salon , doesn’t mean they are qualified to cut well. I’d rather you go to SuperCuts it’s definitely worth the price.

   Had a great experience at the salon today. All the staff were very helpful and looked very positive!! Good job to the staff dealing with working under pressure at busy times and making their best efforts to fit everyone in and making sure the customer is satisfied! Can’t wait to go again! the salon gives a great vibe and if you’re friendly with the staff they are all friendly back to you :) :) :))
