Great haircut, reasonable price, lovely hairdresser. I was a bit lost when I grew my hair and my regular barber told me he didn’t feel comfortable cutting long hair - the family that run this place sorted things out for me though

I went for a gentleman's haircut and I will never go back again. The whole haircut was done in about 10 minutes - the man who cut my hair was so rude, he didn't listen to what I said and didn't want to do anything more when I asked him to take a bit more off the top. There's a much better barber directly across the road - where they take their time and listen to what the customer wants. Go there instead. First of all I used to go to Figaros a long time back and that too not every month but hadn't been for at least a year - so I haven't been going there for a long time as you state. I've been getting the same style hair cut for the past year somewhere else and this cut looked shorter than normal on the sides - which is why I asked you if it was 2.5- but your immediate response was you've cut my hair before and I was happy so why am I questioning you now. Whatever the situation is here - as a paying customer I wouldn't expect that kind of response to a fairly normal question. If my opinion really does matter to you - you should have listened to my concern and not been so defensive about it.

Strange pricing scheme in this place. I was charged £25 for a dry cut session of 15 mins simple trimming for a child, and the hair wash wasn't offered even. No clear pricing list. Looks like they see how much they can charge for each customer with their creative pricing. I will never recommend this place or come back, of course.

Hair cut was ok - but the man that cut it was utterly awful - incredibly rude, unprofessional and aggressive - OMG. Will not be returning.
