I truly recommend visiting this salon, especially the wonderful blond ladies. The service was excellent and my haircut turned out very nice and neat. I’ll definitely be back!
Not sure why on the door it says walk in but when you get there they insist on you booking in a time slot even when it isn't busy? Last time I booked in a time slot and received an email to say arrive 5minutes before your appointment which I did n then I was sat waiting for 20 minutes!! I tried to trim my fringe myself and didn't do a great job so visited the salon to make my fringe look better, the lady insisted I have layers which I wasn't keen on but went along with her as she is the hair dresser, the lady was lovely but the hair cut wasn't I'm so unhappy with it I could of cried, it made me look like a granny! I paid £57 to get Gail platts hair cut!! I had to go home and wash n try to style it myself even though I just had my done by a "professional" and I ended up with what anyone would say is an awful hair cut and style I am currently trying to find an independent salon with someone who can fix an extremely bad hair cut!! Not to mention having to fork out more money to try and salvage my hair, I'm so disappointed by supercuts salon
I have been going to Hounslow Supercuts for years, the last time I went I saw a different hairdresser Theodora - she cut my Fringe so short, I am still pinning it up 2 months later. I felt so angry at this error, I went to have a haircut to make myself feel better after a trauma in my life, but I felt much worse that I didn’t want to meet people that’s how bad it has been. I will never go back there again. I am done. This is the second time this has happened, again when I took the chance to try another hairdresser in that branch. There is only one good hairdresser there Natasha, you shouldn’t waste your money on any other hairdresser there they will ruin your hair.
The lady who greeted me was really lovely and friendly. I am so pleased with the way she cut my hair- she made sure to ask me regularly whether I was happy with the length, the style, parting, side bangs, layers. A really great experience and I will definitely be returning to the Hounslow branch!
Visited the salon for a wash,cut and blow-dry. Had my appointment with Romanie who is an absolute joy. She asked how I would like my hair styled and was very attentive and I came out feeling amazing. She definitely made the experience an enjoyable one. She checks her work maticulously and makes sure you are happy with the result. I will definitely visit again. She is fantastic.
I get my haircut here regularly from hair stylist, Romanie. She is very experienced and all I have to do describe what I want or show her a picture and she will style it and suggest changes if my hair texture is not the same as the picture. I go here so regularly that she just remembers what I want. The salon itself is friendly and inviting.
Shampoo and cut with Romany. I have been having my hair cut by her for a couple of years now and she is always very efficient, friendly, does exactly what I ask and we have a lovely chat.
This was my second time visiting 'Supercuts'. And I got Natasha once again! She knows the science of cutting hair and one can tell she loves what she does. I will return soon ... and Natasha better be there :) I love my haircut.
I always enjoy my visits to Supercuts. Romanie who does my hair is always so friendly and chatty, but best of all she is an excellent hairdresser and always cuts my hair just how I want it. Would highly recommend her and the others in the team
