Very bad customer service. The staff was not friendly at all. The ladies are Very grumpy. They did not advice me properly for hair colour and got annoyed when I asked for advice. Will never go back here. Rubbish experience.
I went to Roots for about 20 yrs, had Jenny cut my hair every 6 weeks, always happy with result, alas I can no longer get up the Hill to Shop so am having to cut it myself, have not her Hairdressers near me but wouldn't use them…
Love going here. Despite infrequent visits, they always remember what needs to be done. Lively, friendly and chatty. A great atmosphere.
