Very friendly and listens, I went here after taking my 2yr old niece for a haircut. For years I've been going to a barber so was lovely to have some styling done. For the location of the salon the price is reasonable
I recently moved to Pinner and was desperate for a deep conditioning treatment for my hair so I stopped looking like scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz! The Hair and Face was the second salon I called and Martín squeezed me in right away. From the moment he started, I could tell I was in skilled hands. I received one of the best intense conditioning treatments that left my hair feeling soft and healthy. While I was there, Martin took the time to review my current cut and style, which had been a while, and decided he could not let me leave without fixing it, so he fitted me in for a beautiful haircut. I loved it so I returned for a highlights makeover¬ the results were stunning! Ever since, I’ve been getting compliments left and right—my favorite being that I look younger, always nice to hear. Martín gives you his full attention and expertise and I appreciated his candid advice and focus on doing what’s right for my hair, he genuinely cares and you know he has your best interest at heart. Its a friendly and welcoming salon that truly feels like family I can see why he has loyal customers who have not only been seeing him for years but who travel for hours to have him do their hair. I can’t recommend Martín and the team enough. I've left every appointment feeling confident, cared for, and looking my best.

Went to Martin with what could be described as a brassy mis-coloured birds nest of hair. Over the last few visits he has transformed my hair with soft highlights and he cuts it beautifully. I don’t really like going to the hairdressers but Martin is so funny and charming that he makes the experience enjoyable. I’m glad I walked into his salon. He’s definitely a great hairdresser.

Martin is by far the best hairdresser I've ever used. My hair is very fine and thin and he manages to make it look thicker and fuller. The salon is attractive and spotless. He regularly decorates and updates it. I also enjoy chatting to him. I totally recommend the salon.

I have been going to Martin for almost twenty-five years for regular blow dries, tints, trims and straighteners. He is a brilliant hairdresser and I wouldn’t go to anyone else (in extremis or when away I MIGHT let someone else do a blow dry but nothing else). I also really like the salon, in a lovely old building but with everything necessary. I can highly recommend Martin and his salon. And he will always try to fit clients in to his often very crowded schedule - without needless rushing. There are other good hairdressers here too, but Martin is the one for me.
