   I had a fabulous experience at Regis Watford Salon this week. Both the receptionist and the Creative Director, Marie, were professional and friendly - they couldn’t do enough for me! Marie did a superb job - she gave me a full head of blended highlights, cut and blow dry and I was delighted with the results! The salon was very chilled - I went mid week and was pleasantly surprised by how well ventilated the upstairs is. A great find!

   Visited London for 3 months since November until yesterday I only let Marie B of Regis Watford do my color. I cant speak for the others but my experience since the day I walked in and inquired til yesterday was amazing. No price issue, no back jobs nothing unpleasant overall happy professional friendly experience. My hair looks healthier, just the right color and very warm conversations every time. Plus the shop got all the best hair products you might need. Til my next visit xx

   I went to this shop in morning and book an appointment for my wife’s haircut. Lady told me £27.50 is the price. When my wife came and done her haircut they charged £52. Nearly double their price. And lady was saying she is doing this for 38 years and never said this price to me. I think she should have told the right prices to their customer. Not false prices. I was happily pay £52 if I have been told to. I would recommend people pls double check price with them before you get their service.

   Very responsible receptionist. Can say the quality and spirit of service displayed really kept going on throughout the session. Doesn't occur to you how well they are sorting you out until its over. Hair product recommendations : favourable Service : delightful 10/10 would return.

   Recently, I went for a haircut here and the person who did it only made me feel more bad about my hair( i have a thin hair). She did not even cut just trimmed my existing style and fully charged me for it.. I insisted its ok give me some layers but she wont budge. It used to be nice when the real hair stylists were still around not anymore. Please avoid from getting ripped for nothing..thanks

   Probably the worst hairdresser I've ever been to. Left unhappy and upset. My roots turned out in yellow, instead of blonde. When I told her I didn't like it, she said:"Maybe you're not happy, but I am" (The Lady is the Creative director) Later she talked badly about a customer around me with her colleague. All in all, bad experience with unfriendly staff and overpriced for what they actually do to your hair.
