   Lovely customer service, always offered a seat and a drink straight away. Think Poppy is the one who usually washes my hair, she’s great and always so good at checking in with me throughout. Jade is an amazing hairdresser. Been going to her for almost 2 years now when she originally helped me do the big chop of my waist-long hair to a layered shoulder length look. She always leaves me feeling and looking great. Definitely recommend

   Had my hair done here twice. First time was amazing, hairdresser listened and did exactly the colour I asked. Second time, I had a different hairdresser ( unfortunately the first cancelled a week before the app). I asked for the exact same colour (even showed a photo) but somehow ended up with a completely darker shade. I did mention to the hairdresser but I didn’t want to cause much fuss plus, it was sunny and hard to tell when looking in the mirror. 2 months in, I hate my hair colour. The thing that annoys the most is, I asked to have the same colour as last time. So why was the result so different?

   Excellent service, friendly, professional and knowledgable. Always trust Mark to cut my hair, and Kerry is a great colourist, both take the time to make sure everything is perfect. They use the best products and are experts in hair care, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been with firefly for a few years now and they never disappoint, i’m always happy with the result and really take care of you through every step of the journey. Recommend firefly to everyone, a lovely local business to support. Kerry is a lovely hair colourist for blondes, she’s really cares and has a lot of knowledge with hair/hair products.

   If you are looking for not yellow-ugly hi lights, then Jennifer is the right person. I am absolutely thrilled with my new tone of hi lights, as I thought it’s impossible to do on my dark hair, as I never experienced it before, and always ended up with kind of satisfied not perfect outcome. But Jennifer showed me that it’s a possible to do it even on my dark hair, nice ashy blond colour. Thank you, I will be returning customer. P :-)
