   This hairdressers is absolutely appalling and a disgrace. They have cut off most of my hair despite being extremely clear about what I wanted. The senior management team - Shaun, Andrew & Niaomi have NO respect or ANY business sense whatsoever. No one called me back despite them saying they would. I am totally disgusted with how they treated my complaint. One girl actually laughed when she saw what a state my hair has been left in!

   Paid £50 for a Luxury Blow Dry as I was attending a wedding that day. Asked for lots of volume and big curls. My hair fell flat within 20 minutes of leaving the salon. Called back to give them feedback and there was no offer of a partial/refund or for me to return in order to fix it. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

   Naomi was really nice and did a lovely blow dry, but I had to return to get my layers evened out because they were wonky and too blunt. She corrected it well, but not ideal to have to go back.

   I found out about this place when quite a few of my work colleagues said they go there and their hair is lovely. I was recommended Angela and wasn't disappointed. She gave me a cut that was totally sympathetic to my hair type (thick and wavy, hard to manage). I don't have to style it, it just naturally falls into the style she cut and has lasted all Summer! So pleased that I have found my 'forever' hairdresser as its so hard to find a good one these days.

   Angela at BHF Cutting Court has cut my hair several times now. She's one of the few hairdressers (probably the only one actually) to cut my hair EXACTLY as I want and the cut lasts for a couple of months. I have no need to spend time in the morning re-styling - her cut is so good that hair just falls into shape. As a "senior citizen" I get very reasonable concessionary rates which, after naively paying up to 4 times as much elsewhere for years, is also a big plus! Definitely recommend.
