Charged £46 for a 10 year old haircut at salon yesterday manager Andrew. We had been quoted £32 on phone. Not our usual place thankfully but decided to give it a try because they are open on a Monday . Hairdresser insisted they required an hour for the appointment but was finished within 30 mins. Haircut was really badly done and spoilt the ceremony that our daughter had been looking forward to for so long . Shamelessly they kept changing the timing of appointment even though they knew we are a family with complex needs we had arrived earlier then the actual 1.30pm but then they suggested we come back only to say to us on phone 5 mins later that we needed to hurry back over . Do not use this salon they overbook clients in and then give a really poor service in return
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the salon to get my hair dyed, cut and styled in preparation for my graduation. Booking online is super easy and had the full price list of everything as well. My initial appointment was free of charge for a consolation and patch test, where I met the lovely Shelly and we decided what the plan was. A few weeks later I returned and had the most amazing experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the boutique as a whole was bright, clean, and welcoming. It was wonderful to see the passion and care the team put in to each customer throughout the entire journey. After negative experiences at other salons I could not have asked for anything more from Shelly and the team at Beehive Boutique.

19/02/2022 I had the most fantastic experience at Beehive Boutique today. Amy made my dreams come true of having a split dye of copper and bleach. She was an absolute delight to be around, so patient and professional. I'm over the moon with the outcome, I honestly couldn't recommend this service more! 19/11/2022 Today was my fourth appointment with Amy, a complete colour refresh and change to red with a dramatic change in length too. I couldn't be happier! Amy is a joy to be around with a beautiful personality making you feel at ease from the offset, her skills go beyond what she thinks she's capable of and I've never come home unsatisfied with the outcome of my hair. I will continue to recommend Beehive Boutique to everyone!
Had my hair cut here by Amy a few weeks ago. It was a standby appointment booked at short notice, which turned out to be a limited time slot. However, Amy was professional and went above and beyond with her time and attention to detail. I received a haircut exactly as I wanted. After avoiding hairdressers for fear of not getting the cut I like when I get home, I would have confidence booking here again and will definitely be going back. I recommend this salon. Thank you

Went for a wash and blow dry. The team fitted me in last minute, had knowledge of curly hair, went out of their way to use appropriate products for my hair types, and were so friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Amy for literally my favourite blow dry I've ever had, the most beautiful shiny bouncy curls and in record time. I will be back! Thanks
