   Blow dry is not worth the money! I told the lady that I would like a bouncy blow dry and she said to me she wasn’t very good at them. She begun to blow dry my hair straight and then say my hair wasn’t taking to the curl, I’ve had plenty of bouncy blow drys before and all hairdressers say my hair takes well to a curl and it normally lasts me all night. Even after going over my hair with straighteners the curls had gone in an hour. I felt it was a waste of money as I had to then do it myself!

   Couldn’t be happier to have found Salon No.13! New to the area and fining a new hairdresser can be super stressful but the team are so friendly and extremely talented and the result is always exceptional. I’ve had cuts, blowouts, colour and every time I leave so pleased.

   This was my 1st visit to this salon and it will definitely NOT be my last. After a recent accident and time spent in hospital my hair was a mess. BUT THANKS TO LAURA who spent time and patience on restyling my hair I left Salon 13 feeling on top of the world. I cannot thank her enough, I am so pleased with the result.

   My Stylist Khia is so talented, great colourist and all round superstar. Andrew and the his team are all like one big family which makes the Salon a nice place to be. I’m always so impressed with Andrew’s creative master pieces making the salon fabulous and welcoming.

   I couldn’t recommend Salon No. 13 more highly! After struggling to get an appointment at my usual salon in London, I decided to try somewhere local, though I’ll admit I was a bit nervous, as my curls are such a big part of me. The glowing reviews convinced me to give it a go, and I’m so glad I did. Yvette was incredible warm, welcoming, and so attentive. The entire team was absolutely lovely, and I left feeling genuinely happy with my haircut. I’ve since been back for another appointment with Andrew, who was equally amazing and friendly. I’m so thrilled to have discovered Salon No. 13 right on my doorstep! :)

   Lillie at Salon 13 has been doing my hair for over a year now and I wouldn’t contemplate going anywhere else. When I first visited, my colour needed rectifying, as it was a mess from my previous salon. Not only did she sort it out, my hair is the best it’s ever been! She’s also lovely and everyone in the salon is super friendly. I’d highly re recommend this salon.

   I had booked an appointment with Salon 13 based on their Google reviews . I had always been previously to a big named Salon in Epsom but my last visit there about 6 months ago was not quite as good and I felt that the salon was now too money orientated and not customer based so I decided to try somewhere new and I was not disappointed. I booked an appointment with Tracey for a restyle appointment as I wanted to try a different style for a change and she was so welcoming and made me feel at ease immediately. The Salon is beautifully decorated inside and out and the coffee and posh biscuit was a lovely touch . Tracey took the time to chat with me about what I wanted and what she thought would suit me best for my hair , throughout the hair cut she showed me what she was cutting off length wise to make sure I was happy . I can honestly say that I had a lovely time at the salon and can highly recommend it to anyone thinking of booking . I will definitely be going back and shall absolutely book again with Tracey . Thanks so much Salon 13 for a brilliant experience 5 stars from me .

   Andrew has created a lovely salon in a Prime Surbiton location. The team are very welcoming, salon very stylish, and the quality of hairdressing is excellent. They were even great with my 3 year old when I had to bring her with me on an appointment. Andrew and Yvette have both cut my hair and I have always been thrilled with the results.

   I love this salon, it’s always so beautifully decorated with flowers, makes it a pleasure to visit. The owner Andrew is extremely nice and very professional. All the staff are so polite and helpful, the salon is always so clean, it’s a happy environment. Taylor does my hair, she’s very good with colour and has taken me to shades of blonde I never thought possible. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone of any age, you’ll always feel welcomed as well as receiving a fantastic service.
