   I booked in a full head of highlights with a toner & olaplex with Lauren for the first time - Everyone in the salon was super welcoming, and honestly if I could give Lauren 10 stars I would! She totally transformed my dark grown out roots with packed in highlights and I’m so happy I’m back to my blonde self again, couldn’t believe how well my hair lifted and was blended! Thank you so much Lauren you are a total superstar & see you again in a few weeks time! :)

   I went for a full colour overhaul in the 50% colour sale and I am delighted with the result!! Jess was amazing, she talked through options with great detail and gave loads of helpful tips. The colour looks amazing! All the staff were lovely and I was offered multiple drinks with biscuits. A great selection of magazines, massage chair and head massage. All for a really competitive price. Highly recommend!

   I’ve been to Headmasters Teddington before but on this occasion Natalie was my hairdresser. I found her very professional, thorough and extremely good at her job. She explained clearly what she was doing and I came out with a great colour job, hair cut and fantastic blow dry. Thank you Natalie; you’re fabulous!

   Great male haircut by Lauren. I am a bit of an awkward customer as I am never sure what I want and suggest they decide. I love this haircut, so I am very happy. Will be back. Could do with their central service centre answering the phone a bit quicker instead of trying to palm me off to the website with the incessant recorded message. If I wanted to use the website, I wouldn't be on the phone. But hardly the salons fault.

   Rhian cut my hair. I have a tricky short style, and it was difficult to explain how it should be. Rhian was really patient, I way overrun my time slot ( my fault) but she gave me her undivided attention. The final result was exactly what I wanted and it is still looking good 6 weeks later.    I always love my haircut and colour. Staff are exceptionally friendly and salon is always clean and welcoming. You're offered drinks in arrival. I get the impression that they really care about giving you the best hair styling for your hair based on your hair condition and your face/ style.
