   Absolutely love Sacha, she listens and does exactly what's asked of her, always so happy with my colours, and today she also did a cut. I'm very precious about my hair its very curly not everyone can deal with it!! Once again she did exactly what I asked for and i walked out feeling fab! 5 Stars all the way.

   Edit:For a business to leave that kind of reply,it's absolutely ridiculous,nowhere have I shamed her for her English or whatnot,actually quite patient with it and acknowledged it.English is not even my second language let alone first so let's not excuse eyes rolling and rudeness with the language please ,what a weird reply. Regardless of anything, she was incredibly rude whether she is lovely or what,I have not experienced that. Perhaps she had a bad day or from whatever reason,she behaved awful. As a business ,would've been much nicer to apologise after I checked CCTV for that day and ask her what was wrong with her than saying that her English is not good and not care that you lose a few customers,also it's Roxana ,just one n I visited on the 15/9,Monday, in the hope of a quick haircut as my husband been using this hairdresser for the last 11 years and while he was happier with the staff pre covid ,he seems to like the older gentleman that is there now. Was the worst experience I ever had in terms of customer service! I waited for 40 mims for the place to open only for this blonde older lady to come and take this guy that just arrived ,even tho I explained to her I was there for a long time as there no way you can book an appointment,their system is first come first served ,but the lady didnt seem to care and said I can wait inside as other hairdressers will come soon,her english seemed bad so thought maybe she didnt understand,but I accepted it and sat down waiting for other hairdressers. She couldnt give the guy the haircut he wanted (at this point I shouldve left really) and told him she can show him another hairdresser he can go to ,so asked me to step outside to lock the place to take this guy round the corner,when she came back she asked me to sit and said will be 26 pounds, she didnt asked what I wanted ! I said I wanted a wash,cut and blowdry and she got really annoyed and said 36,I opened my hair and asked if my hair is long as dont think so ( my hair is incredibly thin due to ongoing cancer treatments and shoulder lengh) and she rolled her eyes and said loudly YES always angry ,I honestly felt like crying(nothing to do with the price as wouldve been happy to pay 36 too even tho my hair wasnt long but her attitude was just vile! I told her she is making me very uncomfortable and she told me to 'SIT' ,I told her I am not going to and she is absolutly awful and I am going to leave and she shrugged and couldnt care less ,I literally run out of there and didnt look back! It gave me so much anxiety ,I never even want to pass by that place, my husband will never return to this place either,I would much rather pay double than ever have to go through this. Was an absolutely unacceptable behaviour ,what is going on with her to behave like this and care so little???

   Have been here before to have a full head of highlights. Staff are very welcoming, had an amazing experience, went again today after it being a while to have my hair cut, and again very friendly and listened to what I wanted. I felt very comfortable and hair feels great! Prices are very reasonable! Would definitely recommend and will be back soon! Thank you!!!!!

   I LOVE this place, it's my regular as come here to have my root done, hair cut and regular blow dry so I'm here every 10 days and have been using this place for years. I love all the staff but especially Sama, Ali and Patricia (the only three I've tried). They are all great, professional and talented team and the prices are reasonable not crazy like other places.    Such a good hair salon, and so affordable. one of the best hair cuts i’ve had, i’ve been to headmasters and a few high end brands but this was by far the best hair cut i’ve had in a while. Cannot thank my stylist enough, she listened to everything and constantly checked in to make sure i was happy with the length. really happy and will definitely come back here again.
