   I was due to attend a special event but hadn’t thought about my hair. I called the salon on the off chance they may be able to accommodate me. Shainie was amazing. She was able to put my thin, flyaway hair into an updo! She took so much care over it. I was very happy with the result and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

   Really happy with my first visit. Was warmly welcomed by staff, had a really good consultation where I felt listened too and had some really good advice , fantastic head massage by Tilly and then a great cut and blow dry by Harley. 5 stars

   I would give 5 stars for the customer service was great everyone at the salon was so friendly and they managed to fit me in for a cut on the day. Sadly the results of my cut were good from the front but not exactly what I asked for. I came in with long hair, wanted a bob and was prepared for that - but was very specific about how I didn't want a tapered neckline however sadly thats what the stylist gave me. She was lovely and knowledgable, she explained that my hair was thick and needed thinned. I agreed but said I'd like it to be straight across like the pictures below. It's just a bit extreme and not a happy medium with what I wanted. I feel like the underneath of my hair has been shaved off...I'm worried how slow that back part is going to grow back. It's only an inch long at the bottom. It's not the cut I was after and a lot shorter than anticipated. Luckily the front is okay and in about a month will be the length I was after:) Please listen to clients, I know you are the professionals but if we want a certain style, please pay extra attention to those "no no" details. I'll come again but will definitely reiterate those details during the process. Edit: I've just lifted the underneath of my hair in the daylight and noticed its not even straight! I could cry.

   Had my first visit to the salon yesterday and was lucky enough to have Lara do my hair — she was amazing! She really took the time to look at my hair properly, explained everything she was doing, and paid so much attention to the little details. I felt completely looked after, and I absolutely love the result. Already looking forward to going back. Highly recommend!

   As always super happy with my colour. Gosia is a very talented colourist and approaches the colour very individually tailoring it to exactly what I ask for and what would work the best with my skin tone. I have highlights and lowlights and a third colour mixed in between for more 3D definition. Love it!
