   Went into the salon to get a haircut. Came out, absolutely hating my hair. Hair dresser cut my hair way too short (cut more inches than I had requested) and gave me a butterfly cut when I asked for layers. I sent various emails to the salon detailing how botched this haircut was and never got a response. I had to phone the salon to try to get their attention, to which the receptionist told me a hair dresser would “show me how to style my hair”. I’ve been feeling so self conscious about my hair cut and it has been more than a month now. I have truly never felt this low about myself in my life. Completely dissatisfied with the response of the salon. Haircut also cost £60. Would not recommend this place at all.

   This has to be the best hair salon in London, I have had three treatments and won't give anywhere else. RACHEL is one of the best stylists, top notch creatively, always delivering and interpreting, while being totally customer focused. A truly professional salon, but with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. You won't find that in central London, and you pay over twice the price.

   The worst haircut of my life: I look like an old woman. The styling has added 20lb to my face and I cannot see a way to fix this without shaving it off. Will never be back

   I got my hair cut by Laura today who not only did an amazing job but was also very sweet and friendly. It’s very hard to find a good, local hairdresser who really captures what you’re looking for but she really did a great job. Will definitely be coming back.

   Excellent cut and highlights by Rob! Very happy. And the salon is spacious, light and clean, conveniently situated opposite John Lewis in Bentalls Centre Kingston, with appropriate measures in place, so I felt comfortable venturing out to the hairdressers for the first time since lockdown.
