Honestly. I'm surprised at all these good reviews. I came on a Sunday, saw Alison, and she gave me the worst haircut ever. I opted for a Dry Ladies Cut. The length wasn't the problem, it's just that the cut was so poorly done, no attempt at layering or making it look nice. I had to go to Benny's Haircut in Richmond and get it re-cut to look nice. Just awful. It was like she just went chop chop with no care in the world. Paid £20 and she took like 5-10 minutes. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Thank you Alison, you're a star! I went in for a wash, cut and dry. Alison had her work cut out as I hadn't had a trim in 7 months. She got rid of my dead ends, gave me a cute fringe, and left me with healthy feeling hair and a lighter head. Lovely conversation too ✨
I recently had my hair done at Chop Chop, Twickenham and had a great experience with Alison. She’s really skilled, super friendly, and actually listened to what I was after. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and at ease, and the end result was exactly what I wanted—if not even better! It’s clear she cares about her work and her clients. I’m travelling from Australia and needed my regrowth tinted. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Alison was great! She was happy to use the colour I brought with me, and she was very efficient and friendly. £63 cash for regrowth tint and blow dry - very happy with the result! Thank you!
I had a very bad experience. I wanted a trim and stated multiple times I only wanted 1-2 inches cut off and now I have such short hair
Me and my husband often get haircut from here. We love our haircuts with affordable pricing. Not too cheap and not too expensive. I also had a fabulous hair color from Lana from here which faded beautifully and still look good after a year. They will also give you right suggestion despite affecting their sale.

I had my hair cut here by a woman and the cut was absolutely awful she did not do what I asked her to do and my hair looked horrendous it was far too short, I only asked for a trim, and she butchered it and. must have taken 4 inches off my already short hair I would not recommend this place and I am so traumatised by this experience Stay clear!
