   Wish I could give less. Doncaster Cahms have been a waste of nearly 2 years. On a waiting list to be seen. Refused to give medication, told me I should contact the crisis team when things are too much. But they are not instant either and not fit for purpose. My son's Cahms lady is never available as only works 2/3 days a week. And after all this time has done very little to help, I was told by school cahms was a good service. But come to find out its not. Going to keep fighting because being quite never helped anyone. Not fit for purpose. Appalling service,

   Staff only interested in a pay check zero empathy. They told their client that there needs are to complex and then just googled another service and gave them the phone number to contact

   Staff seem more focused on discharging service users as soon as possible rather than providing appropriate support. They're not averse to gaslighting and lying either. No longer fit for purpose.

   Won't refer my 13 year daughter although she desperately NEEDS it, no face to face consultation or anything, just talked to my daughter for 5 minutes on the phone and clearly didn't take in a word I said about her and things she's doing. They said there can't be a referal at this time and may be in the future! so I'm having to chase it up again with this place, absolutely disgusting. Very fast to get back in touch but not to help!! Thanks for nothing!!
