   I have been a patient for 2 years with Leger. During this time, they got bought by medichecks. I haven't personally noticed much difference in service. Medications have always been supplied in plenty of time and clinicians respond to me quickly. The whole team have been polite and professional, from consultation, to the nurse practitioners and lovely admin staff. Blood results have always come back within a couple days. Overall, the service has been great. And the prices are much more reasonable compared to competitors- i hope this doesn't change!

   Since being taken over by medichecks, Leger clinic has thrown its patients under the bus. No longer can they get their bloodwork done through their NHS GP for free, they instead force you to use medichecks for expensive private blood tests so they can milk you for extra cash. They also charge extortionate fees if you need to speak to your actual doctor. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU READ ABOUT THIS CLINIC BEING CHEAPER THAN OTHERS

   Having been bought over service quality has dropped below safe or reasonable standards. When you start TRT or fertility treatment there are risks if you abruptly stop. I am unable to receive treatment from them or complain about it due to what appears to be admin and value-engineered, or deliberately difficult service design. Due to this blunder, I am repeatedly running out of medication and am unable to request a repeat within a reasonable or safe timeframe. Having started TRT through Leger, they do not respond to prescription requests or have a contactable face to raise issues regarding service. All contact is essentially now conducted via form filling on their website. I intend to move to another provider and would not recommend Leger. ** Edit, I forgot - their email services decline patient requests and emails as spam, and despite repeated notification of these issues, have not rectified the issue.

   Leger have been amazing for me! Such a quick turnaround from blood test to consultation and treatment. Only just started the testosterone so nothing to comment yet but a big shoutout to Nicky who has been amazing in responding to all of my questions and helping organise all of the supplies etc! Very grateful to her, the team and Dr Greenwood for a thorough consultation, thoroughly recommend. 10/10

   Medichecks recently bought out the Leger Clinic, a men's health and TRT clinic. In an apparent effort to "improve quality of care" they are now refusing to accept the biannual blood tests required for continued treatment from any other provider, including the patient's own GP. In practice this adds around £200 per year in additional costs to the patients with willing GPs, and potentially more if their primary point of care is not willing to phlebotomize them for a private test. These practices are wholly anti-competitive, and I am unconvinced that patient care is in any way improved by eliminating a patient's choice. Sadly this company's practices are turning the patients of a previously reputable care provider into cash cows.

   My husband after many years of going back and fourth to our gp with no help and very obvious symptoms of testosterone deficiency he was offered everything but testosterone, after having a private blood test and finding the Leger Clinic and DR Douglas Savage who is without a doubt, one of the nicest, most understanding and compassionate Dr's that I've ever came across who genuinely cares about his patients best interests. He went above and beyound for my husband, thank you so much DR savage for giving me my husband back . I'd highly recommend DR Savage and the Leger Clinic

   Joined the Leger Clinic with Dr Douglas Savage as my private GP for Testosterone treatment, he is without doubt, one of the nicest, understanding and compassionate Dr's that I've come across, i contacted him as i was unhappy with my very expensive trt clinic, and asked if he would consider taking me on as a patient, he did, cutting my outgoing cost from £2500 a year to about £700, that's a massive saving, and he cares far more about you and how you feel, instead of money hungry nameless clinic's, you know the one's i mean. So my review of Dr savage is, a pleasure to work with to get dialed in on a good heathly protocol, his private prescriptions save you a ton of money, and his general approach is calm professional and passionate about helping patients with TRT & HCG treatment, highly recommend. Leger clinic member.

   Amazing service by dr savage. After being refused hrt by my gp 5 years ago, I went with my husband to the clinic( I had been suffering with hereditary early Menopause for 6 years) . I was listened to and prescribed hrt and testosterone. I got my life back, marriage and career. Thanks goodness for such an expert caring service

   I've been using the Leger clinic since 2018 for TRT, I've had some bumps along the way with my treatment plan and received an excellent service for a very reasonable price.. . If you're having problems with getting the NHS to take your issues seriously then book an appointment with Dr Savage.
