I’ve been getting my hair cut by Sami for years and he has always done an incredible job. He’s consistent, precise, and always takes the time to make sure the cut is perfect. I trust him completely with my hair and always recommend him to friends and family. I’ll always be coming back to Sami, a brilliant hairdresser who truly cares about his clients.
Ive been in london for 4 years now and i must admit its my favourite hair salon ive used so far! Attentive and really takes the time to listen to what you want. My hair cuts have always been 10/10 and i will continue to come here! Thank you
As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted as a customer. He had an attitude from the beginning I believe he is the owner. Very rude moody not even hello Very unprofessional staff. the guy could not cut my hair as a skin fade and left me with an undone hair so I had to leave the store without him finishing my hair as he did not look comfortable to do so so. I will not recommend this hairdressers. They do not know what they’re doing and charging customers high price. My partner had the same problem worn them. Now it makes sense why they are not busy and the shop is always empty. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
On 11th August, I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Ace Hair & Beauty salon for the very first time, together with my daughter. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. A week before my appointment, I was walking by and I entered the salon to ask about the service they provided. Luckily for me, Sami, the salon director, personally invited me to sit in the chair and carried out one of the most thorough consultations I have ever had in my 30 years of colouring my hair! He asked insightful questions about my hair history, previous colouring methods (which he could immediately identify!) and what results I was hoping to achieve. He explained very clearly what could be done, how we would approach the first stage of colour and the long-term plan to reach my dream look, all without over-bleaching and damaging my hair. I have truly never felt so well cared for in any salon before. On the day of the appointment, my colour was applied with such skill and care, and the result was beautiful! Soft, natural and exactly as discussed. I decided to bring my daughter along too, as she wanted to remove black dye from her naturally dark blonde hair. The team: Sami and beautiful Ray, performed a gentle bleach bath to lift the dark colour while protecting the integrity of her hair. The results were fantastic: the black disappeared, her hair remained healthy, and a toner was applied to blend seamlessly with her natural shade and regrowth. Both of us left the salon feeling not only delighted with our new hair but also incredibly well looked after. The professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care shown by Sami and the wonderful Rey made us feel as though we had been loyal clients for years and now, we certainly will be. If you are looking for a salon that combines expert knowledge, outstanding technical skills and a truly welcoming atmosphere, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Whether it’s colour correction, balayage, highlights, or simply maintaining healthy, beautiful hair, this salon is an absolute gem. Thank you again to Sami and Rey for such a wonderful experience. I’m writing this review in complete shock and heartbreak. After my appointment, I discovered that several parts of the top of my hair are completely gone — something that has never happened to me before in my life. It’s clear I’ve suffered a chemical haircut across various sections, leaving my hair damaged, lifeless, and uneven. I take really good care of my hair. I use high-end products like Olaplex and Kérastase, and I haven’t bleached it in a long time. But somehow, this stylist managed to completely ruin the health and appearance of it — just weeks before my wedding. What’s worse is that instead of being honest, he tried to hide the damage during the appointment. Only the next day, in natural light, I could clearly see the tiny broken strands sticking up from the top of my head. It’s uneven, dry, dull, and nothing like the colour or result I asked for. No patch test was done — which is shocking. Every other professional I’ve seen always conducted one. That alone should’ve been a red flag. And when I questioned him, I was told it was my fault for not mentioning anything about my hair history. That is not how responsible professionals work. To top it all off, no treatment was even applied after the bleaching session. I'm now scared to even wash my hair for fear of more breakage. I walked in with healthy (though rooty) hair, and left with something I barely recognise. I’m gutted. Please do not risk your hair here. He doesn’t use quality products, lacks transparency, and doesn’t take accountability for serious damage. Go absolutely anywhere else. You deserve better. Just see how he responds to bad reviews here. This should tell you the type of professional he is.
So pleased I tried this hairdressers. Such a relaxed and welcoming vibe and great care and attention to detail with my haircut. Very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend & will definitely be using again.
I had balayage and hair cut today by Sammy! After having the same hair dresser for over 8 years I have now found my most favourite Salon. Sammy has absolutely transformed my look. My hair is glowing, soft and in perfect condition. The salon is clean, staff are very friendly and the service was amazing. Thank you Sammy
I have just moved to the area so booked at Ace for the first time to change my hair from red/ginger/brunette to blonde. I did a similar thing years ago with Toni & Guy and spent an absolute fortune very gradually getting my hair from black to blonde in about 6 trips. Sami managed this in one trip which was hard work for him but he refused to give up and my hair’s condition isn’t too dissimilar to the gradual process I used before (obviously drier but well worth it and it will recover with just root balayage required moving forwards). He and Gisa are a great team (and absolutely lovely) and I couldn’t believe the results, bearing in mind I walked in with so many warm tones.
The best salon in London. I had a keratin treatment and a cut, I absolutely love the results and will be making this my go-to salon. The space is comfortable, clean and cozy and the service was excellent. Professional and lovely staff who explain the process and handle your hair with so much precision and care. I look forward to my next visit!
Sami is the best hairdresser I have ever been to and I’ve been in countless salons all over London. I’ve been coming here for a year and I’ve never been disappointed. Sami is an absolute professional, he is a blonde specialist and knows exactly what to do with your hair. I have micro ring hair extensions and no salon in twickenham wanted to do my hair as they didn’t have the skills and knowledge to colour and highlight my hair. Sami is an expert does my highlights beautifully without ever ruining my hair extensions, he makes my natural hair blend beautifully with the extensions. The blowdries are always flawless and the service is amazing. I always come here for a blow dry and hair styling on important events and get so many compliments on my hair.
