Brilliant vets, very friendly, clean and pleasant, the vet was very efficient, pleasant and handled my cat with care and compassion, would definately recommend Wrighton and Morton
Our bunny Milo attended his 6 monthly health check. The practice is always clean and tidy, plenty of space to find a seat in the smaller area for small animals only. They have two Seating areas ,separated dogs and cats and smaller animals. During our consultation, the nurse was patient, listened to our worries and offered advice. Even offered to clip any matted hair and his nails. They took time to calm Milo and talked to him all the time. Definitely recommend.
Went here for emergency out of hours vets service. Lovely modern vet practice and very kind knowledgeable male vet and lovely female receptionist. They were already expecting us and service was swift and friendly. Excellent communication about submitting insurance claims
For every pet I've ever had Wright &Morten have always been the vets I choose. From my pets being kittens or puppies they look after them and show compassion to them and me at the end when they pass.
Very positive experience, took my Guinea pigs today and the vet and all staff were lovely. Really cost effective and superb service. Thank you.
I have just started using this vets ive been a few times now as it’s the closest vets to me and I do not drive at the moment I rang and explained my issue with my dog and was told to bring her down on arrival I explained my dog wasn’t great with other dogs I was told to wait in the car park as my dogs not great with other dogs completely reasonable request so I went out to wait I waited an hour and a half in winter with a pregnant female dog to find out they had forgot me I said it’s okay an was seen to 15 minutes later they brought me and my dog in who was actually 4 weeks pregnant unknown to me or the vets at the time she was seen to an given antibiotics witch cleared up our issue although not very good service accidents happen and they was nice and polite about the mistake I didn’t mind really at the time not knowing my pooch was pregnant clearly an accident in organisation perhaps busyier than usual im told before the antibiotics are handed to me they must receive payment I had full Intension of doing so I had already arranged for a relative of mine to make payment all goes through payment made antibiotics passed over 4 weeks later abouts I call the vets because I believe my just given birth female has a swollen teet and am proscribed over the phone antibiotics for these I called in to the vets to get once again I am told payment must be maid before handed over and once again I am fully ready with the money to make payment and am now beeing sent letters saying I have not made payment so I have nicely rang to explain there must be a mistake because I have paid and had no choice but to pay as that’s there policy payment must be made or no antibiotics from every visit I have had anyway but the lady on the phone speaking for this vets isn’t helping look through there financial records rather she’s saying I’m lying and must have been a charity case that needed emergency finance rather than this un organised company actuallly checking there records properly to see I have quite literally made payment and had no choice otherwise the lady on the phone when I rang to sort this out made comments how she believes I haven’t paid an must of been a charity case infuriating me because I have paid rather than actually checking her systems and financial records before making me feel terrrible on the phone It’s disgusting how I was dealt with an accused off rather than helped to get to the bottom of THERE OWN FINANCIAL MISTAKE
Very positive experience. They actually provide hospital services for pets, including A&E. Don't even think about it though, without the right type(s) of pet insurance as 'costly' (cant compare it, as limited experience of urgent care services, thank goodness). Great atmosphere and wonderful care, with support and advice for the pet owner.
Was referred here by out current vet to get x-rays and a scan for our dog who has hemangiosarcoma, they were amazing. She is very reactive and stubborn and they accommodated us by meeting us in the carpark and taking her through the side door so to as avoid the stress of seeing another dog. Took wonderful care of her, praised her for being so well-behaved and overall worked out to be cheaper than what we thought we were going to pay. We usually have our vet travel to our house but if we ever need this service again I would be happy to come back.
Sadly on Saturday evening. I recieved a call from the vets. Saying my cat had been in an rta and sadly had passed away. I was distraught. Cannot thank the staff who let me go and see him. Such care was taken to keep his dignity. Unfortunately the car did not stop. But a lovely couple( I was told) took him in I can't thank you all enough you gave me chance to go and see him. We have buried him in our garden. Once again. Thankyou all for your kindness
