   If you want a vet that puts animals first, go to Brokencross Vets—the best surgery in Macc. The staff are amazing and genuinely caring; you can tell they prioritize your fur babies over profits and never push for unnecessary tests. The reception team is so welcoming and knows everyone by name (and the treats are always flowing!). The best recommendation I can give is from my dog, Maia—she practically jumps out of the car to get inside and see her 'favourite people.' Having the same vet for every visit for continuity makes such a difference. 10/10.

   I would thoroughly recommend Broken Cross vets. Whenever we visit we are seen very quickly, they are so kind and gentle with my 2 rescue dogs. When we needed our cat pts they came to my house within 10 minutes and were so thoughtful.

   I have a very nervous dog and when she goes to the vets they arrange times when it's quiet so she can be relaxed and happy. She is an old dog now and the vets are very gentle with her. I can't praise them enough. Which is why I've been using them for over 20 years for all of my animals

   having taking my dog for the third time with the same ear infection and getting a consultation charge each time and different meds each time i feel they having my pants down today i was charged £160 again this time they took a swap why that was not done the second time. this is like taking something for a repair and it not getting fixed but each time having to pay to not get it repaired

   My two elderly dogs were welcomed with open arms and made to feel very comfortable during their visit. The whole team were brilliant, results came back quickly and I’m confident with our care plan and vet Holly’s suggestions of how to go forward. Nice to have a friendly vets where the dogs aren’t nervous to come through the door!

   Been with this practice for 5 years absolutely outstanding when dealing with Ray who retired in August 2022 - no one made me aware he had retired which is telling in its self Sadly experience recently throughout practice has been appalling over last 3 wks in dealing with my dog - from outset poor administration - lack of clear communication internally and with me and attitude very arrogant and not client focussed also ganging up behaviours I practice when you try to express concerns - got impression just interested in the money and not getting the dog better - moved vets mid insurance claim - traumatic doesn’t cover it and main vet apparently not interested and turning it into my fault but dog not even diagnosed after 3 weeks - get a grip - avoid at all costs at this time - Dec 2022

   Ray is amazing! The other staff, sadly I didn't catch the names of the staff but they are very professional. And beyond incredible. I was so proud of my pooch being with them. They made me feel very safe and left me feeling very confident that my dog will be well cared for.

After trying numerous vets and and being told different things were wrong with Suzy cat, trying different meds, x rays and loads of tests we were so pleased to get a vet who helped us and was so truthful.
