The salon has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The hairdresser was incredibly patient, gentle, and friendly—she took her time to make sure my little one felt safe and happy throughout the process. The staff made the whole experience special and memorable, and the environment is very family-friendly, clean, and inviting. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to make my baby’s first haircut such a positive milestone.    Love going here for my little ones hair cut from the first baby one complete with a certificate given to now ( 4 years later) and the stickers/ sweets given. They totally get how to deal with children and having their hair cuts; special seats, dvds, quick and friendly too

   Claudine has cut our son’s hair (age 2) the last couple of times - she’s excellent. The last occasion, however, there must have been a mix up and we had a different hairdresser instead of Claudine. The cut was poor, chunks and different lengths cut all over and thinned out so much on top that his hair frizzes up all the time. The contrast in quality and ability between the hairdressers was shocking.
