   Expensive than the prices on price list. I was charged £93 for hair wash cut & blow dry. Hair stylist had own strong views on what suits me more than what I really wanted. After insisting on what I want as a style on my hair, I somewhat got the look I want but still not to my satisfaction. Towards the end, she was unwilling to trim the excess length saying she will have to wet them again and she doesnt have that time any more! Uncourteous staff, will never go back again.

   I had an amazing experience with Chloe! From the moment I sat in her chair, she really listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. She has such a calm, confident vibe, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work. My hair came out exactly how I imagined, actually, better. The cut is super clean, the styling was flawless, and she somehow made it all look effortless. I walked out feeling fresh, confident, and obsessed with my new look.

   This review is a little praise for Zini. The girl has done a great job on my difficult hair - she was able to create a wonderful, classy colour that I am enjoy to watching each time when looking at the mirror! The hair are soft and shiny thanks to Olaplex treatment that she recommended to me as well. It took almost the whole day to make it happen and I am grateful to Zini for her hard, creative work and all the team for being kind and providing excellent customer service to me while being there. I do recommend Headmasters team in Harrow.

   I am not recommending any one to accept Zini helping in this salon. Really nonprofessional. I ask her to cut my hair layers but she cut my really straight. This is not fitting me. She colour my hair different colour more dark then she was my real colour. When I left this salon I passed the corner and I tried a salon to cut my hair.Definitely non professional. Cheaper hair salon for shore have better stuff!

   I switched to this salon recently as they do offer some really good treatments at great prices and one of the stylists, Lauren, is excellent and so kind, I would definitely recommend her. However after the manager spoke to me in such a rude manner when I tried to book an appointment for a conditioning treatment over the phone, I won't be going back. There are so many hair salons out there who appreciate their customers, so there is absolutely no need to put up with rudeness from someone who is supposed to be a professional and the manager of the salon no less.
