I had done my hair straightening keratin treatment with Querzia, who kindly accommodated me by coming early in the morning which I do appreciate indeed. I was very pleased with the result. I recommend her to others.
I travelled just under 2 hours by public transport to get to this salon as the reviews were amazing not like other shops. My first time getting a keratin straightening treatment and wow I got an appointment straight away very quick and I didn't need to wait long at all. I was welcomed by many of the hairdressers with a warm atmosphere and cozy. Damien took time in doing my hair. She did not rush it at all and spoke to me during the whole process. She have me alot of aftercare tips. I appreciate this salon so much. I will definitely be coming back here within 6 years.
If you're looking for silky shiny straight hair, this is the place. I was personally taken care of by Ana but everyone in the salon was lovely and welcoming. Ana was very precise and gentle with her work and I now have frizz free straight shiny hair out the shower. I truly could not recommend this salon enough.

Hairs remained super straight for 2 months almost pushing 3 with no damage, no irritation and only minor straightening on the roots is needed every so often to maintain a natural wavy look and lovely volume! Quezia and Ana are professionals! Greeted me with the loveliest of hearts and over the process they maintained conversation, made me feel welcome in their cozy environment and helped me attain the look I desired! Hair has held extremely well with colour and feels so much better and looks far nicer! I’ve been a more confident version of me these past few months thanks to the work provided by Oh, so straight and I couldn’t recommend them enough, if it ever comes to it I will be back :)!
I had the Brazilian Keratin treatment on Monday by Quezia and Ana and oh my God I love the result of my treatment. After battling with frizzy and unmanageable hair for years, my hair is finally straight, frizz free and sleek without using a hair straightener! Recently went to Quezia at Oh So Straight after seeing the amazing results they achieved with my sisters hair. Quezia answered all the questions I had to prolong the Keratin Treatment in my hair and nothing was too much for her and Ana who was also helping.
