   Good evening Vanessa this is Sharon. Just wanted to say that I was expecting you to have the decency to call me back to let me know you didn’t have an appointment to offer me to colour my hair. I am going to cancel the appointment for the treatment. On reflecting after you were so abrupt and rude when I first came to your salon I should have walked away. Because I was so desperate to relax my hair and not knowing any hairdressers in the area I tolerated your behaviour. I have never had such an experience with any hairdresser. I am actually so shocked that you would speak to a client in that manner. You would never see me again at your salon. Fortunately I found a very good hairdresser very polite and professional.
