   I’ve been coming to visage for over 20 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Today’s balayage was absolutely beautiful — flawless, natural, and exactly what I hoped for (as always!). The standard of work is consistently exceptional, thanks to their incredible attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality. On top of that, every visit is genuinely fun — professional, reliable, and such a pleasure from start to finish (the head massages are incredible!).    This is the result of £50 to straighten my curly hair. My roots are still moist in many parts and curly! I’ve been here one other time and had to literally instruct the hair dresser on how to do hair. Today, I had a new person do my hair, who clearly has no cosmetology experience. She didn’t know how to section hair, hold the blow dryer, or have the blow dryer on the correct setting. This is probably one of the worst salon experiences. Also, no hairdresser should call themselves a true hair dresser if they don’t know how to do all hair types. Lastly, customers should not be charged full price when a trainee who has no idea what she’s doing does their hair. The woman ended up frying my hair with the flat iron (she also does not know how to flat iron hair) and proceeded to challenge me saying “that’s the technique she uses”. There was no technique used. I got home and even my husband said I could have done a better job myself at home! I wanted to give myself a break and have someone else do it, but still ended up having to redo/fix my own hair when I got home. It’s safe to say I will never come back here or recommend it.

   I come to this salon every week, and I always end up with the best hair results. The staff are really friendly and welcoming especially Sami, she always make sure that I feel good about my hair, she uses high quality products to protect the hair from damage. I've done keratin twice and balayage twice and I do blow dry every week in this salon and I'm always blown up by the results. I highly recommend it!

   Had a balayage done today by Barry and I am in LOVE with my hair. He corrected my hair that another hairdresser from a different salon messed up! I no longer have that horrible orange/yellow tint. The team here are so friendly especially the receptionist. She was so sweet. She went that extra mile asking me if I wanted anything to eat and kept offering me drinks as i had been in the salon for some time. Such a lovely lady and team. Thanks guys I will definitely recommend my friends x

   I highly recommend this place because purely because of the customer service I receive from this Hairstylist Lilly is amazing . She makes sure that when you leave the salon that you’re happy. The reason she is good at her job is purely because she loves and she knows what to recommend for the customers. I have had my hair coloured on Saturday (highlights) by her and so far I have received soo many compliments at work and from friends. Thank you soo much Lilly for taking care of me and making me looks so beautiful.

   Salang is a very good hairdresser. He has a wealth of knowledge about hair care. He is very welcoming and friendly, for me I explained that I have been unwell and loosing a lot of hair. Salang assured me that it was not as bad as I thought and advised on hair care routine. He proceeded to do a restyle, and I was extremely happy with what he had done. I left the saloon with a lot more confidence. Thank you Salang

   Regular customer who had an Amazing hairdresser, but unfortunately she left. Normally go there to do my hair roots. The owner was charging me the more than what my regular hairdresser does. When confronted she said this was the price. Which was £88 for roots wash and blow dry. Originally I paid £55. Seriously this was day light robbery and it’s shame coz they now lost their customer. Also plz check the price before you go there! Total scam!
